They were supposed to have toilet paper, they didn't. They were supposed to offer airport shuttle, they didn't, and unlike other places, here the caretaker was not interested in helping.

Room was clean

Bill was not given for the payment yet and staffs are rude not suite for family and I have registered to booking .com on 25th August still I have not received the bill hence recommending booking .com is questionable service is not satisfied

We didn't cancel the booking and had just enquired about the possibility to cancel it, but we had not cancelled it. The owner didn't inform us about it and gave it to someone else. He asked us to provide at least one room but when we reached there, the staff denied the entry. And then a no-show was served to us. The owner also stopped picking our phone. This is what happened during this booking.
