The proximity to the lake and the surrounding neighborhood was awesome!

It was not as advertised! You do NOT get the entire home, you get the bottom floor. There was someone else upstairs and there were several access points into my part that only locked from their side which made for a sleepless first night. The home smelled bad when we arrived, and was filthy! The counters, cupboards, walls, bed linens and floors were not cleaned. It was FULL of spiders in places that had they been properly cleaned the webs and their hosts would have been removed. There was black mold in the kitchen and on the shower curtain, along with some nasty yellow staining and the shower constantly dripped leaving the floor wet because there isn't a door or even a ledge to contain the water. Rotten wood on the bathroom vanity with mold behind it. The other bathroom didn't have hot water, on the hottest setting it was lukewarm at best. The kitchen was not fully stocked with cooking equipment as stated, the coffee machine was filthy and unusable. The heavy glass screen on the front door is literally hanging on by the hinges making the entrance unsafe. There was a random storage room off the master that only locked from the outside but led right into my bedroom!! Very unsafe!! The bed linens had visible dirt and staining, were smelly and obviously hadn't been washed in a long time, and there was somebody else's hair and food crumbs tucked between the sheets. I have photos of everything and will be posting them on Google. The owner should be ashamed of how the ad misrepresented the property and the absence of cleanliness. If I could have, I would have left, but I would've lost my money.

Location was excellent. House was big enough for us and quiet area.

There was food in the kitchen on the floor and walls in the bedroom. Ramen noddles. Also the faucet in kitchen was hard to work. Handle would twist all the way around.

The view was beautiful. The house was comfortable and gorgeous.
