This was a self catering apartment, the location and access to be beach is a plus. The Ramsgate Beach Club is close to shopping amenities, and lots of Top rated restaurants such as the Waffle House. The collection of the key was hassle free when you follow the instructions.

The apartment had a few issues, such as the stove that had only one plate that was working, even though after fixing the problem persisted, the leaking in the bottom floor room, the stairs, you really need to be fit to climb those stairs every day, but that's how the apartment is (this we can not change).

On booking .com i booked ramsgate on the beach only find out that we are looking for ramsgate beach club we have lost about 2 hour no one knows the place no Tv,nothing is clean especial room 7 everything was bad i mean horreble.the pictucter showed us that its near the beach but we didin't even see the beach

I am a frequent client on Booking.com and have made many bookings via them. This is the first bad experienced I have had. So where do I start; 1. The stairs which we had to climb in the flat which is not mentioned on the website. 2. The whole furniture fittings is in dire need of an upgrade in both flats 7 and 8 which we booked. 3. The advert on Booking.com says its a 3 bedroom apartment but they neglected to say that the 3rd bedroom is basically in the garage and more of a servant quarters. 4. The shower in flat 7 leaks. 5. We were charged for damage to table that was like that when we initially got there and for a missing iron stone. I take the blame for not reporting the ironstone missing as I never did a full inventory check when we checked in. Who really does this, as we take it for granted that its checked 100% before the flat is being handed over us. 6. Taps that were faulty. 7. Rusty balustrades on the balcony in Flat 8 which my nephew cut his leg on. All in all this was a bad experience for us and we would definitely not recommend this accommodation, especially for the older folks because of the stairs.

I booked for 11 people n only got 6 beds

Nothing went well, the service was bad, the pool was dirty, they lie about bedrooms and dstv wasn't working and we call for help no one assist us so the service was horrible.

The reception lady must be able to assist us They must clean the pool They must be specific about rooms cs my other guests slept at the garage

It was clean, well presented and decorated. Loved the artwork in the stairwell. I loved the space of the king size bed in the main bedroom, even though the mattress was very, very firm 😉

The customer service from the on-site lady was very disappointing. And they should really warn you about the amount of stairs!! 😳 After a long drive it was a daunting prospect. The trellidoor on the stairs also made it very difficult to traverse the stairs since it blocks access to the widest part of the stair treads 😔

The rooms were good and comfortable The pool was clean

DSTV wasn't playing

There are lots of steps🙆🏻‍♀️🙆🏻‍♀️🙆🏻‍♀️🙆🏻‍♀️ You need a loo you take steps, you go to the kitchen and lounge area you have to take steps😔. This was meant for resting not gym. The blankets were very untidy and had a terrible smell. No extra toilet rolls for the whole weekend we only had to use only what was left for us.

The beach was nearby

The apartment was dirty, broken furniture, the third bedroom was in the garage, poor ventilation in toilets, there was no water on the second day, not a kids friendly apartment
