Fantastic comfortable modern apartment

Ducted or other form of inbuilt air-conditioning in the apartment would take this apartment from a comfortable stay to an excellent stay. Noting that there was a ceiling fan in the living area of the apartment and another stand fan provided in the bedroom. However they didn't quite cool the apartment as it was very hot (approx 35 degrees) each day we where there.

when we went for a breakfast we found it difficult a bit to get it because Bar was asking for breakfast coupon which we did’t have, to say the landlord name it was not enough, but after a while finally we got our breakfast.

the kitchen was not suffiently equipped, but the host provided a cutting board, knife and kitchen towels when requested

The apartment was clean and spacious and with utensils linen fridge stove etc. Nice shower. Clean towels and linen.

Breakfast was a single croissant and one coffea/tea at RoxyBar down the road. I was given a small card voucher for that with no details on. The person at RoxyBar spoke zero english and EXTREMELY impatient. No details on WIFI -used my phone data. Bathroom no shampoo and only one small partial roll of toilet paper. Had to call and waited for cleaning to finished at 3:30pm although I did send a message at time of booking that I was hiking in and the message was that is not a problem. The name of the B&B is not posted on the building
