Master bedroom bath sink did not drain. No instructions for TV. Had to use Hulu on iPad… No remote for the fireplace. Curtain in twin bedroom pull cord inoperative.

They don't have enough stars for The Loft. Absolutely the best room I think I've ever had. First and foremost is the condo. Two bed/two bath in absolutely the middle of Waynesville. It has this wonderful feel to the whole unit. Beautiful views to boot. Walk to several restaurants. Bogarts (really nice filet) and Boojum were really good. Even the hot dog at the little store a few doors away (and I do love my hot dogs). Great shopping right there too. And then you can branch out to all Western Carolina has to offer. In 30-45 minutes you can be walking in the front door of The Biltmore or boarding The Great Smoky Mountains Railroad in Bryson City. 20 minutes or less to Maggie Valley. Golf, tubing, white water rafting, hiking, water fall hunting, driving the Parkway. They're all minutes away. Then after a long day of sightseeing and other adventures you get to come HOME. The unit is just perfect for up to four. Even the steps were not an issue. (You're above Tammy's Jewelry) We're both in our 70s and managed our luggage and daily travels just fine. If you have significantly limited mobility, then probably not the place. Everyone else though can experience one of the nicest units you'll ever have for a stay.

very convenient to what we wanted to do in a long weekend. didn’t know it when booking, but Waynesville had a street fall festival same weekend and was like living in a hallmark movie! beautiful town!

only 1 thing! the bathroom window had a super sheer curtain on it and had to put towels up. also would have been nice to have in description there wasn’t a drip coffee maker. had to make trip to store. but minor things. really a perfect place!
