Property was spacious with minimal external noise. Plenty of parking. No additional charge for dogs.

Wasn’t a pub close-by that you could walk to. Need a blind up in the bathroom. Requires an update/refresh in parts. Would have liked access to the lawn area of the property when claiming to be dog friendly; the back area was covered in dead leaves and the lighting when dark was minimal.

Had a wonderful stay

The boardgames and book collection was a nice touch something for everyone the living room was very cosy and homely! Lots and lots of space in the property and the hosts had great communication!

If there was more than one coffee bag it would have been even better. Shower gel would have been nice too as they had most other bits and bobs needed for a last minute stay

Spacious, cosy, cottage in a quiet location. Comfortable beds & ample parking. Well equipped for our requirements. Loved having a fire and card games of an evening. Good size garden for the children to play. Perfect location for country walks and a visit to Roar! dinosaur park at Weston Park.

Only downside for us was that the garden gate doesn’t shut securely. This didn’t stop us having lots of fun in the garden.

Lovely location, very spacious and easy check in. Not far from a big sainsburys and Norwich. Garden is big and the bed was comfortable. The selection of hot drinks were lovely and it was so handy it had a washing machine as we stayed elsewhere before we got here that didnt have one. Great facilities such as a high chair and a travel cot. The property was lovely and warm and the area really quiet which was nice.

The gate needs to be fixed as it doesn't provide a secure garden as it does not fit the gap and is not able to be locked which was hard with a nearly 2 year old and a dog wanting to run around as the road is directly infront of this. A few blankets for the lounge would've been nice of a evening. We didnt use the fire but i noticed there wasnt a fire guard anyway which would've answered the question to using it for us. The front door wasn't ideal for us either as the lock is a turn knob which our 2 year old liked to play with and try to get out.. would've benefited from a key lock inside. Lastly the TV really needs updating so you can download apps ect as this is also quite essential for us with our 2 under 2 and also just for us to watch our series on Netflix of a evening. The Internet didn't seem to work whilst we were there. Because the property has 3 double bedrooms I think it should accommodate 2 travel cots as you could have multiple couples with small children stay and as with us we had 2 under 2 so it could've made packing a tiny bit lighter for us. This is all quite based on having a dog and small children. If it had've been a adult only trip it would've been more than perfect. It could also benefit from a full length mirror also.
