Friendly host! Nicely decorated, very clean, easy to get in and out, parking in the driveway , Keurig and coffee. Close to Raymond James Stadium.

Host were very understanding of flight & car rental delays so that arriving at 5AM (instead of the expected 11:30PM) was not an issue. The room was very quiet and very comfortable. The AC worked well (always important in Tampa in the summer), and the shower was especially nice. The kitchenette was perfect with a mini-refrigerator, Keurig (with 6 cups), toaster, microwave, and plates & silverware for 2. Some reviewers have criticized the neighborhood, but my son and I felt perfectly safe in what we thought was a friendly and inviting area. Highly recommend both the room and the hosts - a truly excellent stay.

Everything! the owners are absolutely the nicest people I have ever met! Our room was exceptionally clean! Location is close to everything thing that we decided to do on our trip! and I can’t say enough about how nice the owners are! 10 out of 10!

It was sooo clean but needs a fan or some kind of air. It had A/C but felt closed in a little. No other complaints. It was awesome otherwise.

This room really exceeds expectations. It’s cleaner than most hotels. Love having the Roku TV and the small kitchenette (no stove)
Hot water ran out the first night during a shower.

The cleanliness and location! I was not sure on how to use the wall heater, and Maria husband went and bought me a electric heater! That’s was very considerate.

The room was very clean and it had everything in it. A great kitchen, great restroom, bed was good and clean, table, TV and good air conditioning. It has an outside area that you can use to sit outside at night to relax. The room has it's own entrance, completely isolated from everything else, right in front of where you park your car. The location is great and has everything around. It was perfect for us to visit Busch Gardens and St Petersburg and also to simply go to the market

The space was very clean and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was safe and surprisingly quiet, even on a weekend. We had great communication leading up to our vacation and everything went great. We're very pleased.

The space was very clean and bright… the out door space was also nice to relax in after work… although in a neighborhood… it was quite and close to the airport… I would recommend
