Lovely owner, nice to see a family run boutique hotel look so good and be so eco friendly. I'd stay again for pleasure rather than work next time.

Wonderful host, fantastic breakfast, perfect location (except for parking), all around a wonderful place to stay in Alaro! Everything was in great working order.

The bed was too firm for my liking. The other guests were quiet which was great. With all the rooms facing a small central courtyard, I can imagine it could get a little noisy.

I am vegetarian and the breakfast was especially veggie friendly (rare in Spain). The owners were friendly and hospitable even providing me with hot soup when there was a prolonged power cut in a rare snow storm meaning that local restaurant kitchens were closed. Along with an excellent glass of wine, none of which was charged to my room. The free coffee and drinks station was open 24 hours along with the 'cookie tin'.

Owing to a misunderstanding, Housekeeping missed a day (for which the owner apologised profusely). Refreshing the drinking water is the guest's responsibility - IMO housekeeping could have checked that. Otherwise excellent.

we enjoyed our stay in Alaro to the fullest! First of all, we loved the village, which was not too touristy and therefore some restaurants were also open during winter, but still really well located for our trips. Then, our expectations were exceeded by the accommodation. Great hosts and lovely service! We would definitely book again and will also recommend it to everybody who wants to visit Mallorca.

We had a wonderful week at Alaró Natura Rural Suites. It's exactly what we had hoped for as a place to stay, a comfy and quiet room and a great base to explore the island. The breakfast was the perfect start to the day and had some really nice local ingredients. Javier and Mara are lovely hosts and gave us great recommendations for things to do locally and further afield. Hope we can come back again one day!

Very welcoming owners,, excellent breakfast, attention to detail and a wealth of information about hikes and things to do and see. Located at the foot of the mountain range good place to start hikes. We did all our trips in Mallorca by train and bus - Alaro could be easily reached by train from Palma

Everithing was very clean, bautiful, like in pictures! Spotless. The host and other staff were very friendly and nice. Even prepered us breakfast to go on last day because early flight. I would recommend this hotel to every couple. Room was very nice also! Above expectations!

Beautiful, stylish and clean accommodation right in the city center of Alaró. Very nice and generous owners, personel..we also enjoyed a varied breakfast. There was no problem with parking at all, there is a large parking lot 5 minutes away by foot. Hope to be back one day :)

The place is beautifully renovated and it has its own unique character and story. The breakfast is prepared by the owner, Mara. I am mentioning it for a reason. The quality of the breakfast is exceptional. Fresh juice, bread baked right on the spot, salmon, serrano ham, camembert cheese and other delicious ingredients are available. This is the quality that needs to be appreciated. The pool is cherry on the top of the place. The owners, Javier and Mara, are always there for You if You need help or some recommendation where to eat.

Javier and Mara are really great hosts. Everything was amazing. Hotel rooms, breakfast, room service and family atmosphere. Unique experience.
