Great place to stay just wish we were here longer. Communication with Leanne was great & she always replied promptly. The house was spotlessly clean & has everything you need. In a quiet location, walking distance to the town & the beautiful beaches here. 100% recommend

The place is stunning but never use vrbo to book a stay they over charge you but you don’t see it when you book and they put things on the website that are not in the property very unpleasant

We loved the property and location. Close to the beach, restaurants and quick to get in and out of Busselton in a couple of minutes. Leanne was an amazing host and the house was nice and cool, taking into consideration that we were there in the hottest day in the middle of a heatwave we were super comfortable in the house. The outdoor area was really well designed as whatever time of the day it was both the table and the comfortable chairs were always in the shade. We love our stay and will recommend/certainly be back sometime in the future. Thank you Leanne!

Communication with Leanne was really hard going and, despite numerous messages through vrbo, I didn’t get a response to requests for bedding and the dog. She sent me multiple requests for my drivers licence and lengthy messages about the regulations but nothing in a format I could attach my licence. I ended up texting it through. Despite paying extra to take our dog as the payment requests came in vrbo, we got a confirmation email saying no dog and as it had been so difficult to get hold of Leanne, we left the dog in care as didn’t want to get there and not be able to have him stay. When we arrived, the house smelled awful as bins were in the garage full of previous guests rubbish. The smell had permeated the house. The ensuite toilet had diarrhoea or vomit all over the base and smelled awful. Kitchen benches were dirty, glasses and cutlery needed washing again, kitchen table was dirty. The BBQ needed scrubbing before use as was caked in sauce. When we opened the back door, the fly screen fell off! Then Leanne rang at 7ish and said I hadn’t sent my drivers licence through, despite me doing that days prior on the mobile number. She then went on about ‘foreigners’ standing in the toilet seat and that is why it was covered in faeces but really it was the plumber’s fault and she needed to get new toilet seats. Honestly, it was all pretty weird and not really the relaxing start to our now ‘dog free’ holiday. Glad it was only two nights and happy to leave.

This property is very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the lounge furniture and the beds are super comfortable and the outdoor furniture is comfortable. We felt relaxed and at home in this lovely modern home.

Our stay in Busselton was wonderful. Myself, my husband, our 1 year old and 2 dogs had a brilliant time. The property is beautiful and was incredibly clean and modern. I couldn't fault it and we'll definitely be staying again!

The property had everything that we needed for our stay - including being able to secure our car in the garage for the nights. The beds are very comfortable which is a major plus.....and the bathrooms are spacious with great showers. A home away from home really. The location is great, within walking distance to the city centre and the beach and parks for the dog nearby.

Would definitely recommend this place. Beautiful decor, walk in showers, very clean and short walk to Busselton. It ticked all the boxes for us.
