This was my first time staying in North Sauble and it was so peaceful compared to the main Sauble area. Easy 10 min walk to the beach and a short drive to all the attractions. The cottage was just perfect with a great yard and room downstairs to relax after a day of hiking and beaches. Great communication with the owners. Thanks for opening your vacation home to me and my dog. We loved our time there.

Very clean, quite, well located, easy to find. Close to all amenities. The house is set up quite well everything is easy to find I will recommend this hide out

The cottage is easy to access, nice area allowing fast access to main Sauble Beach area (by car ideally, but also accessible with a 20min walk ). In a nice charming neighborhood, with water view just down the street, great relaxing morning walks with our dog. The place had everything we needed and more, with volleyball net and various balls, frisbee and toys. Furnitures and carpet could use a little refresher or deep cleaning however, but I assume that this is to be expected when accepting dogs, which was very important to us. Owners were responsive and helpful when needed. All in all a great stay

The property has a yard that is private - great to play outdoor games and have an outdoor fire. It was nice to enjoy some quiet time.

I don't usually spend my time on reviews but this time I felt it was appropriated, in the last day and minute. I was never treated with disrespect, to be clear, it was just overall inconvenient. Every step we would take in the property there would be a message by the owner telling us about rules, rules and rules, big brother is watching you. Once again, everything is organized and in place, I love that for my life, MY life. Having a property to share and MAKE MONEY, means that you shouldn't be stalking people neither make them uncomfortable by texting all the time, people wants to RELAX not talk to the owner. AND to finished well, today, in the last day of review, I received a charge? 100 CAD for a net that was in the property that I haven't used but took it out of the way as my parents are over 60 and have a daughter 1.5, felt that could be dangerous for them to trip. Overall disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful location, clean and super cozy! Stunning and close walking distance to nice areas. You can tell there is immense pride of ownership! Everything you need for a relaxing experience!

A nice, clean cottage space, with lots of games and leisure activities on the property to keep busy on days where the beach itself isn't an option. Outdoor seating area was especially nice. Hosts were responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. A few more specific notes for people considering renting here: I found the beds to be surprisingly firm -- which might be a selling-point or not depending on your tastes. I'm used to vacation rentals having Ikea beds with half-broken slats that leave you sinking into the middle all night, so I didn't mind having the support. Also if you are sensitive to scents there are two automatic air fresheners that go off at regular intervals, but given how accommodating the owners were I bet if this is an issue for you they would probably be happy to do something for you there. The last note is that the principal dining space is outside on the deck, but the coffee table in the main room pops up and there are tables in the basement for days when eating outside isn't an option. :) All around it's a cute place and we really liked it.

What a FAN PLACE TO ENJOY YOUR VACATION !!! A warm & comfortable cottage. With a well-stocked kitchen. The outside area was lovely for hanging out. bbq or it the firer pit. Great WIFI EXCELLENT HOST Simply a beautiful cottage I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT !!!

So happy we stayed at this place for our vacation in Sauble Beach! Private and quiet location for relaxing and still quick to get to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Jerome and Catherine were easy to reach and quick to reply to our questions and provide assistance. We enjoyed the large front deck, fire pit, and sitting area outside. Lovely furnished and decorated rooms, clean and so well organized throughout. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the beds and soft white sheets, duvets and extra pillows. We appreciated the convenient coded entry for the front door too. We really had a nice stay here and felt so well taken care of by the effort and thoughtfulness that was obviously taken to set up this cottage

The best cottage that I've ever stayed in. It was clean, very comfortable, modern and cute. Loved the labeling to help the newcomer in the cottage. Organization of the kitchen is excellent. The only thing that would have helped would have been a tea towel to dry the dishes after air-drying and before putting them into the storage shelves. Other than that it was a marvelous cottage. Excellent location right on main route to beach. Excellent, well -kept & stocked small cottage for two people. Sleeps more but works best for two people. 15 min walk to beach, 2 min walk to Sauble river but far enough away from the chaos of the main Sauble Beach activity to allow you to enjoy the fantastic sand dunes and beaches.

Awesome place with all the essentials you need! 5 mins away from the beach! Went up as a couple but that place can support a large family! Went up on the winter time to escape the busy city! Need to learn how to snowmobile! Thank you guys for awesome weekend!
