We had an exceptional stay. The property was centrally located to area hikes and restaurants. If your there in the summer try Maine River Runners for an adventure.

While the exterior wasn't that inviting (at least not in the summertime), the condo itself was terrific. Spacious, well-appointed, and recently-renovated. Perfect for our golf weekend.

The property was very clean and comfortable for our family ski trip. It was so close to Sunday River which made things easy for all of us. We were disappointed that the fireplace was not working for our visit, but otherwise the place was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again!

Just a 2 mile drive to Sunday River and a few minutes to downtown Bethel where we ate dinner 2 nights. A great spot for going to ski, go to breweries, snowmobile or go to some good restaurants. The condo was nice and plenty big enough to accommodate all 8 of us. Loved having 2.5 bathrooms too.

The location is just minutes from Sunday River skiing. We loved the modern space for six adults and an infant with four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and large open concept in the kitchen/living room area. We would stay at this location again.

This was the perfect townhouse for our group of 5. Spacious and comfortable and such a quick drive to the mountain. Parking fills up fast at Sunday River. It was convenient being so close. And the property manager was very attentive, responding very quickly to questions. Would definitely rent again!

We stayed here with another family for two nights during Christmas break. We chose this property for its proximity to Sunday River, its price, and layout (appropriate for four adults + four kids). The condo was very nice and had everything we needed during our stay. It was very clean. We had ample space for all our personal and ski gear. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with most needed kitchen items. The only negatives were that the heat was turned very low when we arrived (thermostat set for 55*). I assume this was because there were no tenants immediately before us. It took some time to warm up to a comfortable temperature, but once it did, the heat functioned fine. The other negative was an unpleasant sewer/rotten egg smell when we arrived. Once we were there for a couple hours, the smell seemed to fade. Overall, we were very happy with this condo and would definitely consider staying here again.

Place was great. super clean, newly renovated. Close to mountain and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
