Just the absolute best view you could imagine. So nice being right on the ocean in Malibu!

We stayed at the property for our friend’s 50th birthday and absolutely loved it. The view from the patio and the outside space was phenomenal. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable weekend.

We had a fantastic time at this property. The deck is incredible. Edge of the deck was maybe 30 yards from the water line at low tide and 10 at high tide. Relatively clean beach and completely sandy. Felt very safe for our young kids (8 years old) to be playing in the shallow water even if we were only watching from the deck, given how close it was. The bedrooms are large and two of them have giant master bathrooms. We had a few minor issues with appliances and the maintenance team was responsive and professional. You can only park one car in the garage but it's easy enough to park 1-2 additional cars on the side of the road if you block the garage, just know that you're parking right on the PCH. Would definitely stay again.

Property is what you imagine and more, will definitely be back.

We stayed in this lovely home on the beach to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was so nice and relaxing! Our three adult children, one with spouse and child joined and it accommodated all very well. Everything was very easy and we enjoyed every second. Home was even better than pics and check -in check-out was easy! We will stay here again!!

Perfect location in Malibu, right on the beach, as private as you can get. Kids loved playing and boogie boarding on a beautiful sandy (no rocks at all) beach. We spent all day on the deck, in the hot tub and in the ocean. 5 stars all the way!

Don't be deceived by the entrance to the property because what awaits behind the front door is a total surprise and stunningly beautiful. I loved staying in this home so much that I didn't want to leave. I loved hearing the sound of the ocean all through the day and night as well as enjoying the views from both floors. On our last day, we were enamored by a school of dolphins. Everything was squeaky clean and sparkling, too. The linens were starched and the kitchen well appointed. The beds and couches were comfortable and the decor was calming. Should I ever have the chance to visit Malibu again I will not hesitate to return to this wonderful home!

When I let Stay Awhile know of my immune issues, I worked with Lily the manager of housekeeping. WOW, she is exceptional on every level. Her communication, care and having this beautiful home perfect for me was appreciated and did not go unnoticed. With this my family enjoyed our 4 days in this beautiful home on its outstanding private beach. My 3 year old granddaughter keeps asking can we go back to Malibu :] We are all missing the sound of the ocean at night. The home was spotless and enough for all of us (5 total) to move around in without ever feeling like we were on top of each other. We gave my son and daughter in law the master bedroom overlooking the ocean. The room and bath room were magical and they loved having private time on the balcony or int eh living area while Nana and papa looked after our little one. The bedrooms upstairs are all large and have fabulous closets and baths. The outside patio/deck is beautiful and peaceful. I took so many videos. Thank you Jelena and Lily for taking such good care of me so we could enjoy this much needed family time.
