One of the cleanest houses we've rented. Great house - lots of space. Great neighborhood - quiet, safe, close to everything. Would definitely recommend!

The house was well appointed and the owners/managers were very prompt to respond to questions or concerns. We would stay again.

The property is beautiful(wonderfully designed and constructed) and spacious allowing all family members to have privacy and sleep comfortably, including kids. Since we were in Vancouver to celebrate American Thanksgiving with our granddaughter who just started her freshman year at UBC, having a fully functional kitchen with excellent cooking facilities and equipment was a must. We were not disappointed. The kitchen is outstanding. In total a wonderful stay. We hope to return next year!

The house is so beautiful and it is very clean . It was fun playing golf in the background! The owners are very nice and very efficient to correspond with ! The location of the house is perfect, it’s close to the city and in a friendly neighborhood. I would definitely recommend staying here for your trip in Vancouver!

What a perfect house and location for a family wedding at UBC! Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and very well equipped, we really enjoyed our stay here. The porch was the best place to gather morning and evening.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! House was even better than the pictures depicted. House was clean, organized and spacious. It is fully equipped with every possible amenity. Kids kept busy in the yard playing golf, basketball, badminton and playing on the swing. Located in safe and quiet neighborhood close to city and conveniences. We would definitely recommend and would book again!

We were a multigenerational group of 6 ranging in age from 14-83 years of age. The house is exactly as shown in the listing. There is ample space with large bedrooms (all on the upper level, so keep this in mind if stairs are a problem). The main floor and kitchen are great with all the supplies you could possibly need (soap, paper products, excellent dishes and cookware, even a lovely welcome basket of goodies). The basement is a wonderful space for a rainy day or "chill" time with a gym with various weights and resistance equipment, a pool table, and an excellent smart TV with many viewing options. My favourite place was early morning on the porch sipping an Espresso while keeping warm beneath the gas heater. Lovely. The house is spotless. Miro checked us in and showed us around and he is super friendly and helpful (and very responsive, though we had no issues with our stay). The house is also well located (minutes to UBC and only 20+ minutes to downtown). We would rent again in a second. Highly recommended.

Our older daughter is attending UBC so we wanted something close to the University that would allow us to visit with her in a home setting. Ginny and Miro’s place was perfect. Lots of space to gather inside and out. Loved the neighbour and enjoyed being able to walk to get a coffee and check out local shopping. We will be back!

All in all a fantastic experience. Great property. Very clean and comfortable. Great for a family. Miro and Ginny are very attentive owners who work hard to make sure their guests are happy. Hope to be back again soon.

This house is absolutely amazing , we booked it for our family get together for 3 nights . We were a mixed group of adults, teens and kids..everyone loved it . The house is super clean, and the kitchen is beautiful - and stocked with everything that you would need. We loved the backyard !! We are not golfers ,so we had miro set up the badminton net and the whole family loved it.. planning on doing our next badminton championship again next year. There is lots of parking , and the location is great. The backyard has lots of Privacy !! We honestly loved our stayed and look forward to coming back very soon
