Great location in the centre of the city, close to tourist attractions, restaurants and bars.Neat & tidy very comfortable with good facilities.
Lots of stairs, bit noisy but it is a bar & restaurant area.

Size of the apartment - comfortably large with space for sofa, table and chairs, even ironing board etc. AC/heating worked well. Quick response from maintenance Team re: maintenance issues I highlighted during our stay was nice.
The NOISE lasts from the afternoon until around 2am. The windows may as well have been open, didn't make much difference re: sound getting inside of the apartment. I wasn't aware of the sorts of clubs and their patrons I'd hear and see from my window before I booked and I was horrified to discover there were worst kind of places around there.. lap dance clubs with cheap booze, and the employees with big signs 'speak to me about lap dance' advertising outside.... mixed together with drunk youths loitering outside until the early morning, and music banging at what I'm pretty certain is illegal decibel level.. did I mention there was someone literally playing a drum under the block until 2am on Friday? I swear I couldn't make it up if I wanted to. So basically, if you're after this kind of fun and not planning to go to sleep anytime before 2-3am, this apartment is for you (we stayed Fri-Sun, I hope it'd be different if we stayed over the weekdays)

number 11 is definitely a great room stayed in number 8 previously and that was good as well.

L'appartement est bien placé en centre ville à proximité de la gare. Il est spacieux, moderne et bien équipé (même s'il manquait un sèche cheveux indiqué dans le descriptif).
L'appartement N°7 dans lequel nous séjournions a 2 chambres qui donnent toutes les 2 côté place où sont regroupés de nombreux pubs. Bien que les fenêtres soient équipées de double vitrage, le bruit est important et dure jusqu'à 2-3h du matin. Appartement à conseiller à des groupes d'amis venus faire la fête à Liverpool.

Très bon emplacement à Liverpool. Quartier pour faire la fête et nombreux resto. Appartement spacieux et moderne.
Appartement 8 avec les chambres du côté des bars, bruyant la soirée et nuit mais bien pour les fêtards. L’alarme incendie s’est déclenché, alors qu’on était couché, et encore le lendemain en début de soirée.

Location was perfect, we were here for the Labour Conference and yep the apartment was a short walk away

It was a nice, clean, well appointmed appartment in a vibrant area of Liverpool. Short walk from the railway station.
The only downside was an open air cafe opposite, with a loud music going on until 2am.

Spacious modern apartment. Central location.
Opposite very loud bar open till 4am. Air conditioning not working. Very warm even when not particularly high temperature outside. No openable windows. Charge for baggage storage.

Location was right next to open air nightclub that played loud music until 4am.
Microwave, TV and WiFi were not working.
Complained to staff they assured me an electrician would be out, they never came.

Apartment was small but very clean and modern. Location was a little noisy but very convenient to train stations, restaurants, and entertainment. Beds (even the sofa bed) were comfortable. Great location for exploring downtown Liverpool attractions.
Fourteen-inch glass partition in shower was not wide enough to keep water in the shower stall when getting a shower which invariably meant water got on the floor. Also, absolutely no place other than the floor to put soap or shampoo while getting a shower. And zero towel hooks in the bathroom. We have no objection to minimalism but this was taken a bit too far in the bathroom! With windows open, there was quite a bit of street noise, but that's the price you pay for a prime location. Also, hosts should leave a couple of washer pods for guests so that they can use the washer without having to go buy a box of pods for a 2-night stay.

Location was perfect. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, spacious and considering the location, was so quiet!
With only 3 hrs notice given for booking, the apartment was all ready for our arrival and the check in was so quick.

Proximity to Liverpool facilities
The apartment was not what we booked on 12/05/23 so there was no reason why we did not get what we had reserved a 2 bed apartment as we had our granddaughter with us and we had no privacy, we were placed in the attic which made it impossible to sleep due to the seagulls stamping on the roof and squawking all night long - had no sleep whatsoever!! I did complain as soon as I arrived but there was no other apartment available for us - not a happy customer. Will not book again as there is no guarantee that we get what we pay for . We should be compensated for this !!! My son who was placed opposite it on the top floor also had the same problem , they were a party of eight and were placed in one room being a party of eight , two young couples and an elderly lady and him and his partner - diabolical service since they also booked on the 12/05/23 no reason for this at all !!!

It wasn’t that we didn’t like it but I could imagine some other travellers not liking the closeness to the very busy bar district (and the lap banding bar at the bottom of the road!) Quite a bit of noise at night with windows open BUT it didn’t bother us.

really smooth process to get access code and key. Large apartment, nice and clean. lovely shower. considering it was full of groups of younger adults it was very clean and well maintained inside and on the stairs etc.
the bed mattress was a bit lumpy in areas. bedding was lovely and clean but mattress not great quality. it’s great as a base to lay your head.

The flat's open-plan living space was huge with a giant telly! It looked fresh and stylish and the bedrooms were big. Our first impression was "Wow". We were there for a Eurovision semi-final show, so we wanted something central and we couldn't have been more in the thick of the action. We also liked being right on the top floor. We met the Happy Days team to pay the deposit and they were super-helpful too with local tips. A really positive experience all-round.
Being surrounded by bars it's a noisy neighbourhood. We made use of our earplugs when we wanted to sleep. But we were there to enjoy the party atmosphere around us too, so it didn't dampen our enjoyment of the flat.

Location was very central and close to centre of town. Parking was nearby, expensive. Washing machine and dryer was great.
There were limited items in the apartment, eg only one water glass, no teatowel, paper towels, cutting knives, bread board. When I asked they said they would deliver but I wasn't there at the time so never got them. Lots of wine glassses. Little cutlery. Needed a stocktake and replacement.
