This property was absolutely fantastic! The house itself was even better than the pictures online. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views/outside was so peaceful - we spent hours just relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the scenery. There was a minor hiccup where the hot tub wasn't heating up properly at first (or we didnt know how to heat it up) However, we contacted the owner and they were incredibly responsive. They came over right away and fixed the issue. We were very impressed with their prompt attention to the problem. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this property. The house, the space, and the owner's attentiveness all exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

The cottage was absolutely perfect. Very beautiful, roomy, had everything we needed (but couldn’t find a toaster). We just made our toast in the oven. Beds were very comfortable! Hot tub provided for lots of relaxation and conversation. The TVs were super small for TV watchers, but we didn’t go to watch TV. We had an amazing time!

We had a great time staying here. The cabin was very clean and in a great location. The perfect plate for a weekend getaway. Thank you!

We had a grandmother granddaughter weekend at Helen’s Haus and truly enjoyed our time.

The house was very clean. Beds were comfy, however the furniture in living room is very uncomfortable. We were informed the day before, that the hot tub did not work and we had no outside lights, which was a bummer. The road to the house is very steep and the parking is a little awkward and slanted. (May be hard for an elderly person).

This property was perfect for our girls weekend - the property was exactly as described- it’s a very clean comfortable home with amazing views and we hope to visit again - the host was very helpful and accommodating

Overall great place for a weekend away! It was clean and quite cozy. Has so many amenities that make it feel like “home”. Getting to the property is a process and, because of the mountains/hills - it’s a bit precarious if you’re not comfortable with steep/curvy drives. The parking is not ideal, you will definitely want the emergency break on and would not recommend for anyone elderly, as it is on a major slant. The property is well kept and close enough to downtown Helen to make the short drive for dinner, but it’s also a place you could peacefully stay at all weekend just to “getaway” and not go anywhere. Would recommend this place!

The cabin was very clean and decor was great. It was a great place to stay. We would recommend this place.

Good stay and clean property close to town. Beds were comfortable. Liked that the bedrooms were on different floors for privacy. The deck was nice. Communication with owners was prompt and helpful. Reasoning for less than 5 stars is we found the living room/bar seating uncomfortable. Bar stools were saddles that no one wanted to sit on and the living room couch, and 2 chairs were quite uncomfortable. The living room tv was tiny and placed awkwardly. We had planned on movie nights after hikes and exploring the area but the tv was much too small and seating uncomfortable. We spent a lot of time on the deck bc of those things.

The place was adorable. Comply beds. Roads a little scary at night because they wind a lot. The only suggestion is to get more comfortable chairs in the living room.

I am so glad I chose this property. From beginning (making the reservations) to end, and all points in between, things were awesome. Being from the country, I loved the location: quiet and somewhat isolated.

Great vacation cabin, very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the wooded privacy around the back decks and hot tub was very clean. Definitely met all of our needs and would recommend to anyone staying in Helen. Just minutes away from the golf course.

Everything was just as wonderful as the pictures! The beds were amazingly comfortable and it’s so close but just far enough away from everything. Quiet and peaceful! It was the perfect weekend getaway spot!

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It was clean, and conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown Helen. The property owners were also nice enough to leave a complimentary bag of caramel popcorn for our stay. This cabin met our needs for our Memorial Day weekend getaway.

Beautiful house in the mountains. We were here for our grandson's wedding celebration @ Yonah Mountain Winery, which was very close. We were blessed with sunny weather. The only challenge was the lack of GPS function paired with the winding roads in the community, but we managed. The owners responded quickly to any contact. Thank you so much to them.

This was such a fun trip for us! The communication was quick and helpful. The property was clean and the hot tub was clean (which was very nice)! I don’t think I’ve ever driven up a slope quite like the one to get to this property but overall this was a great trip!

Property is just as advertised. Clean and plenty of space. Very safe, gated community. Driveway is pretty steep and slanted, but that is not a complaint, just a heads up for the next renters. 😉

We enjoyed our anniversary in Helen this year. Staying in this cabin was like a cherry on top. The hot tub was clean along with the entire house. The beds were so comfy we had to invest in the bamboo pillows once we got home. We would definitely book again!

The cabin was perfect. It was centrally located and a beautiful. We hiked and rode horses and spent the evenings resting at the cabin.

We had a really excellent experience. The cabin was clean and the kitchen was completely stocked. It even had some seasonings, zip lock bags, foil, and a KitchenAid! We were able to comfortably prepare our meals without worrying if we forgot something. We went hiking at Unicoi Park/Anna Ruby Falls. After the hike and a long day walking around town, the cabin was a great retreat. I will mention, the bed upstairs has a soft mattress pad. It was fine for me, but my husband prefers firm.
