It is a nice place that is in a quiet condo neighborhood. Super close to the beach with some great views.

We had a wonderful time.Enjoyed very short walk to the beach.Wildlife was neat to see.The king size bed was comfy and firm .The Condo was well equipped We would stay there again

This was perfect except for one thing. You are literally sharing a patio with another property. Our neighbors found us a bit irritating because our children would play out there at night. The place is just as pictured.

The condo was wonderful. When you walk in you see the ocean immediately. Beautiful place that had everything we needed. Grew up going to a family beach house and this felt like a miniature version of that house. Love love loved it.

My fiancé and I stayed here while attending the Players Championship. It was close to the course & located in a convenient spot. The condo itself was fabulous. Had everything we needed, was clean and updated. The proximity to the beach is a walk outside the back patio door. Also included all kinds of beach fun in a little shed on the back patio such as folding chairs, sand toys etc. We could see the ocean from the living room. Spectacular view. This property is managed by a property management company that was on top of their game. In appropriate communication with us & very responsive. My fiancé accidentally left his watch at the property when we left and they were in contact with us within an hour to let us know they had found it and had it back to us without an issue. We will 100% stay here again when we return to Ponte Vedra.

I loved this condo. It’s renovated, easy to get to and right on the beach. The whole experience was wonderful !

Good but multiple problems getting access codes. Maintenance entered without knocking and without any advance notice.

My family gathered for my mother's 100 birthday. This is one of several condos that we rented for family members. This condo was perfect for my daughter and her family. The Murphy bed is wonderful. The kitchen was very well furnished. There were plenty of towels for everyone. And it was lovely to be on the ground floor where the children could run around safely on the garden area!

Would definitely stay here again. The property was beautiful, well maintained and stocked with everything you need to include beach chairs and umbrellas. Make sure you bring a copy, or have on your phone, the rental contract as we had to show that to get a pass. The guard stated they didn’t have the same information system as the rental company so they didn’t have our information and weren’t aware of our arrival. Once we showed her the contract she put us in the system and gave us the pass.

Loved this condo. It was attractive and comfortable and just as shown in pictures online. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, casseroles, etc. I was surprised was no kitchen trash can, but that was easy to work around. Check in and departure were easy. I never needed to contact the property manager as I had no issues. As an older renter, I'm not adept with streaming, but there were plenty of streaming options to choose from, and I think most renter would be pleased. I'm looking forward to renting this condo again soon.

Beautiful view with easy private beach access. Quiet area. Are a short drive from St Augustine and Jacksonville. But are equal distance from both. Very relaxing vacation.

We accessed the condo with no problem but once we left again that evening and tried to come back in was our biggest issue. Upon our arrival we were let in without a pass so once we left that evening the new guard was questioning us continuously even after showing our reservation itinerary. After numerous questions and phone calls she finally let us through without giving us a pass and followed us to our condo and than told us we can come get a pass later. That situation did make me feel very uncomfortable but the rest of our stay was fine.

This property was at an awesome location and was a great stay! The pictures are accurately depicted. The condo was spacious, decorated tastefully, comfortable and was ready for our use. The owners thought of everything. Even though we brought our own, there were beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, beach toys for children (buckets, shovels), boogie boards and surf boards. You are just steps away, a very short walk to the ocean with ocean access and a water hose to spray off before heading in. There were upgrades throughout: granite and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, marble flooring and shower in the bathroom. It was one of the nicest rentals in all of our travels. We would definitely stay here again if we vacationed in this area in the future.

We had a great time at this condo. It’s a very short walk on a brick path to the beach. The inside was very clean and the Murphy bed in the living room was great for saving space. We particularly enjoyed the many boogie boards and foam surfboards in the back patio. My girls stood up/surfed their first waves on the foam board. We would definitely stay here again. The community pool was a short drive away and was a nice change of pace to break up the beach days.

How does a 1 bedroom sleep 6? I wondered, not that I needed it, it was just my wife and I. The answer, a pullout couch in the living room and a Murphy Bed in the wall. This is beachfront, walk out to amazing St Aug grass and a bath to an amazing, less populated stretch of beach. The unit had everything you need. Grill on the covered porch, drink coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean, ocean toys on the porch, amazing shower. You can tell they have been slowly upgrading all the fixtures and appliances. Microwave is 20 years old, but the shower, sink, and fridge are state of the art. I would definitely come back. Slight headache on day 1 check in at the gate (its a gated property), but the manager did call and say the system is down and to call if we had any trouble at the gate.

We had a great stay here. The unit was clean and up to date. The patio was a perfect spot to play games which they had (scrabble was our favorite). Literally a 1 min walk to the sand, you can’t beat it.

Great location and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay here!

AMAZING. The condo, the beach and the neighborhood were spectacular. This was our first time in the area and we’ll definitely be back. The condo has everything needed for a relaxing get away. Already looking at booking next year.
