I was not really comfortable on the beds as there were bugs and cockroaches around. Bedsheets were smelly and I had to buy few on my own. Pool and tub was not cleaned up. Garbage bins were already full. Tv in living room area was not working Water pressure was not ok within the restrooms

the pictures were nice, so my expectations were high for myself and family, when we arrived the pool was dirty and and inside smelled like mildew, there were cracks in the ceils and walls as well as the base moldings and shower tiles, the pool deck was covered in rock which were cracked everywhere and some almost fell into the pool, the air conditioner could not keep up and when we went to bed it was almost 77 degrees, we reach out to the property manger and he sent a service tech out to check the system, he replaced the filter and told use it was working well, we set the temperature to 68 and when re returned the next afternoon it was 80 in the house, we call again and spoke with Josh, he told me it was a older home and not well insulated and that the system was preforming its best, he sent another tech out the next day to check it and came up with the same answer, it was working well, not happy to sleep when its so hot inside !!!! the house did not have ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, only 1 TV in all 5 bedrooms, the property was not well maintained for a family outing, will contact you for a refund shortly

Beautiful property, lots of space, would stay again

Great house in a quiet neighborhood!

House is amazing. Had plenty of room to stretch out and relax after running around all day with the kids. Everything you can imagine is just a short drive away. Pool was a huge plus to let the kids burn off a little energy everyday. Will def be back in the future.

The house was everything we had anticipated location was key close to shopping and dining and the kids had a great time in the pool and game room was nice with surround sound, plenty of towels and kitchen was well equipped will definitely be booking this rental next time my family will be coming in from out of town!

Overall a nice home. Very spacious layout where guests can have privacy. Nice neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were not cleaned and ready for our first 3 days. Next to busy street so it can be loud for sleeping (nothing our fan app couldn’t cancel out). We would stay here again.
