House was immaculate, plenty of dishes, and kitchen ware to make a big meal. House is huge with plenty of room. Highly recommend.

This house was great for what we needed! We had our family ge together for a quick get away from Tulsa. The house was clean, comfy beds, well stocked in the kitchen! Great patio to hang out and watch boats go by. I think the only thing I didn’t pay attention to is that there was only 1 shower which can be tough if you have a large group. It was just 7 of us so worked fine. Overall great stay!

A few of us moms traveled to Oklahoma with daughters and stayed at this place. Perfect for young kids and very spacious. We rented a boat from the marina literally down the way and it was perfect.

Not in the bad way at all. You feel like you've gone home. This site was very warm and welcoming. Board games everywhere! You don't even need the TV since you're building deeper bonds with each other. The pictures don't do this place justice. Looks even better in real life! Great location. I'll definitely recommend!

This was a weekend of celebrating, our 25th anniversary, and this awesome place, was just perfect for what we needed to accommodate the family and friends that came to celebrate with us...... perfect location, perfect size inside and out, perfect decore, in a word.....PERFECT!!!!!! This property was exactly as advertised which we found to be great for our needs. Our group of 14 included individuals from age 8 to 98. The nearby marina made our boat rental experience easy and enjoyable. We brought some games with us but there was no need as there were plenty of games for all ages on the property. We highly recommend this property.

This was in a nice location that was close to fishing and town. The only downfall was not being able to get directly to the lake to just walk around and relax at the lake.

The property was close to my family that live on Grand Lake, so it was very convenient for the weekend. House was very spacious and had a great deck!

Overall, a very positive experience. Property was very clean and well maintained. Listing could be improved by clarifying that the property is not on the water and docks shown in the pictures are not in any way associated with the property, but rather part of a marina between property and the lake. The lake is very close and teens could walk across the highway to fish. The property is not fully accessible for a mobility impared person. There is a gorgeous sunken living room. Entry through the garage was accessible, but the only bath accessible on that level of the property has a large soaker tub---very nice but not handicapped accessible. The other bath has a great accessible shower, but the bathroom is down the steps off the sunken living area. Again, overall a great property and we made do---just would have been nice to know up front. Very well stocked and prepared for guests.
