This was a trip I organized to say "thank you" to the all-female staff of my CPA office. We had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfect for the 5 of us (2 in each bedroom and 1 on the couch). Having been to IRB before, I knew the location was perfect for getting to the restaurants and activities we had planned. We couldn't have asked for anything more in a property. I will definitely add this to my "Perfect Places To Stay" in IRB!

Great vacation spot for our 16 month old! Quite location with low traffic. Great for young families. Beautiful beach, pool, and rental! I got confused about the code to get in, but Linda responded quickly to help. There is one covered parking spot, which is nice. The parking space felt tight and would make us question bringing a full sized SUV or truck. Thank you to the Millers!

This condo is complete perfection and more than we hoped for! It fit my family of 6 fabulously, was spotless, and filled with all the essentials. Just steps away from the beach and we spent a ton of time in the pool. Steve and Linda had quick and clear communication which was so nice! We don’t travel often but I’m certain we will come back here!

The owners were very responsive to my questions through VRBO/emails before and after my reservation was made. The unit was very clean and had a beach house atmosphere. The pool and beach were easily accessible and the use of the loungers for the beach and umbrella were a plus! (We only saw one umbrella to use, first come first served for it). Our last night we saw several dolphins from the beach! CVS and other restaurants are within walking distance. We walked to some places depending on the day with heat temps. The location was ideal but the traffic noise can be heard inside. We were ok with the noise because by reading other reviews ahead of time we knew that would be the case. The only negative I can leave about this place is that there was only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. With a family of four we ran out of tp in one bathroom and had to keep borrowing from other bathrooms roll. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back one day, it was an ideal location!

We enjoyed every second of our stay! The property was so clean and the set up was wonderful. We were with our 1 & 3 year old and being able to spend the morning at the beach and easily get back to the room for lunch and naps was amazing! Everything was so walkable and the pool ended up being a favorite spot to cool off after a long day at the beach! We look forward to booking again.

Easy to get around. You can walk to everything! Beautiful beach and pool area.

Perfect spot for a family vacation. The condo has everything you will need. We found the washer/dryer extremely handy with 3 kids. Nice furnishings and everything is well kept. The owners are extremely good at communicating with their renters and were even willing to check with their neighbors on availability for next year. You can park your car in your private parking spot and walk to a variety of restaurants. There is easy access to both the pool and the beach. You can't go wrong booking here for your next vacation.

Perfect location for a much needed getaway steps away from the beach. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and coffee!! Only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. Would definitely stay here again.

Linda's place was very nice! The location was great and the complex was small so not crowded. The pool area was nice being right on the beach and had a nice gas grill where we could do some grilling. I would definitely stay there again :-)

Our two kids were perfectly happy in the room next door with movies to watch in the evening and their own bed! Plenty of towels and my oldest loved that she could use the boogie board! The beach was not too crowded - just perfect!The walk to the beach and pool were easy. Love that we can use the lounge chairs.Pool is a little small but it was clean, tidy and refreshing.We had a great lunch at local place, Jake's Coastal Cantina. Great ice cream at Haze Ice Cream in Madeira Beach (death by chocolate is yummy) and dinner on the waterfront at Caddys Indian Shores.Parking is a little tricky (tight fit) but we managed fine with two adults.Thanks again for a much needed vacation!

The beach is literally a 60 second walk. The best part was the absolutely amazing sunset! You do hear the traffic a bit - especially from the first bedroom - and the pitter patter of little feet above you, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. I would definitely come back - over and over again. Everything is super clean & it's larger than it seems in the photos.

Excellent communication with the owners prior our arrival. We spent 3 nights with family and friends. Property was fully equipped, extremely clean and updated .... Apartment complex was well kept and located few step from the beach. Pool was also great!

We stayed 6 nights at this two bedroom condo. The condo was well maintained. List of positives include very clean, spacious and had everything we needed such as linens and paper goods. Pictures on Homeaway.com are accurate. Complex has approx 8 condos in 2 buildings with covered parking. Small outdoor pool seemed more private on weekdays than weekends. Some negatives that did not affect our trip too badly included slow wifi and street noise (no fault to owners). We mainly stayed unplugged and on the beach. Communication with owner was clear and timely. We had a very nice vacation and the cleanliness alone directs to rent privately instead of staying at usually dirty hotels near Indian Rocks Beach.

We had a great stay at this condo. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels. There are several good restaurants within walking distance.

Cannot say enough about our fabulous 3 month stay. We had stayed for 3 months last year and loved it so we could not wait to return this year. As before, the unit was pristine and well equipped. We had travelled from Toronto which is quite far so it was really nice to find everything we needed when we arrived. The location is absolutely perfect as well. Despite being one building back from the beach, we had a clear view of the Gulf and the stunningly beautiful sunsets. The pool was well maintained as was the property itself. Owners are great too and very responsive. They always got back to us very promptly if we had any questions. We had a wonderful time during our stay. There is so much to do and see in Indian Rocks and the surrounding area as well as great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Fabulous location, fabulous condo, fabulous experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo! It is located on the beach and we enjoyed the heated pool as well. It is located within walking distance to restaurants and shops and a short drive to Clearwater. We would love to vacation here again for a longer stay! Thanks Linda and Steve!

This is a wonderful property very tastefully decorated with very high quality furnishings. We loved the area. There are some wonderful authentic bars and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is fabulous and the sun sets cannot be beaten. We cannot recommend this highly enough.

Beautiful beachfront condo on Indian Rocks Beach! This condo had everything we needed, and truly felt like we were at home. The condo is very spacious, and is a much better value than staying in a hotel. We will definitely be back to visit this lovely beachside oasis!

Lovely decor - so much attention to detail! The pictures do not do it justice. The steps leading up to the condo could use some work but not the fault of the condo owners. Condo was well stocked and everything worked as expected. Only things we really needed were toilet paper and laundry detergent. We did have a view of the gulf - somewhat obstructed (knew that before arriving) but we could see the conditions before heading out the short walk to the sand. The pool was great with sporadic shade for our 90 degree plus days. Dining was close (stay away from the closest Mexican restaurant though) and we walked to several places. Not sure if it’s a Florida thing (high humidity?) or another issue but there was a musty/damp/cat smell we noticed - not offensive but noticeable. We purchased an air fresher but to no avail. The smell came home on everything we washed there. IMPORTANT - Not the fault of the condo owners but BEWARE of the red tide forecasts for late summer/early fall - 60 day cancellation policy left us pretty nervous about beach conditions. We were fortunate to hit some good days. Water clarity wasn’t the turquoise blue we would like to have seen. It was disheartening to see dead fish including a dead string ray right outside on the beach. Yet on a different day, it was incredibly exciting to see dolphins swimming not far from the condo. Thankfully we didn’t experience any coughing or irritation but are still worried about any toxicity left in the sand and the shells. As a result, we’ll be apprehensive about visiting during late summer / fall break time again. However, highly recommend this condo when red tide isn’t an issue.

We were blown away when entering the condo as it was absolutely stunning. The décor matched the relaxed beach location in which the condo is situated. The condo is very modern with all the household comforts that you need plus more. The pool area (heated pool) was spotlessly clean with a tiki bar and large fridge for everyone to use. The beach is a mere twenty steps from the pool through small dunes which adds to the ambience. The beach is lovely golden sand and good access into the sea (No shells or rocks underfoot), we were also fortunate enough to see dolphins and manatees during our stay. The condo is situated in a nice area of Indian Rocks with shops, restaurants and Bars all located very close by. We would like to thank Steve and Linda for allowing us to use their holiday home and also for the easy to use instructions and help offered during the booking process and stay. We had an amazing time and have already booked to go back again in the future to this lovely area of paradise.
