We went for a friends wedding. This place was very large and comfortable. The kitchen was very well supplied with items needed to cook. The layout was very comfortable. I would highly recommended for families and friends. The location is close to everything. Definitely walkable to some areas of town.

I decided to take my two teenagers and two of their friends skiing and this was the perfect location! 15 minutes to Cannon, maybe 10 minutes to Loon, and 20ish to WV. The place is very cute, clean, and comfortable. Bonus that you can walk into the very cute village of North Woodstock with its restaurants and stores. I definitely recommend!

This property is located in a perfect spot to get to Franconia Notch State Park and all other sights that you are looking to enjoy in this area. The condominium is large and has everything you need. All instructions provided by Karen were communicated quickly and were clear which made checking in and out a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Karen’s property is fantastic. Lots of space, quiet, and has all the necessities for a short term (or long term) stay. This is my third time returning and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway or base in the mountains area! She’s also a great communicator. A phenomenal stay!

We really enjoyed the area and the home was very nice and comfortable for our family. WE used the kitchen a lot, there were so many outlets and plugs for devices which was great. It was a little farther from town (meaning a pretty healthy walk), that we thought, but still loved it. The area is amazing. we appreciate the stay and really enjoyed it. Would recommend this place. Everything was nice.

This condo was perfect for our short winter getaway! Condo is by far the cleanest vrbo we've ever stayed in! The location is perfect, convenient to lots of restaurants and stores in North woodstock. Owner was so easy to deal with and qick to respond. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!! Thanks for everything Karen!!

Our stay at this property was perfect. The location was a minute or two from the restaurants and shops of beautiful Woodstock and a short drive to bustling Lincoln, NH.
Checkin in was smooth. The property was extremely clean and offered all amenities you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable. Showers had strong pressure. TV was huge. They had tons of games which was great for our 6 year old. I’d definitely stay here again!

We came to Lincoln for an adult getaway and long hike. This rental was a perfect home base. Very clean, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and amazing location!! We would 100% stay again.

The condo is conveniently located and is in a quiet neighborhood. The inside was a bit hot (we stayed in July). Fans quickly helped cool the downstairs. The upstairs has two window AC units that cool each bedroom. (Tip: If you use them and get an error code, make sure to dump the water out. Super simple!) Comfortable beds and couch. Came with everything needed to cook meals. Fireplace works and was cozy on a cool summer evening. Also, loved having a full size washer and dryer in unit and detergent provided!
Karen rapidly answered all questions. Would stay here again!

Snowy weekend
The property was very comfy and homey. It was clean and had lots of little extras like coffee and hot cocoa, dvds and board games. Books and costumes for the kids. It was also stocked with toiletries. We've stayed at a few vrbos, most did not have all the extras. We hiked the flume gorge, snow tubed, ate at the Woodstock brewery as well as a favorite of ours the black mountain burger company. We also enjoyed hanging at the condo playing board that were provided and watching movies. It was a great weekend.

Birthday Getaway
I scheduled a birthday getaway for my husband and his friends. They had to cut it short due to an injury but the accommodations were terrific and the location was perfect! Def. plan on booking a redo on our trip in the future.

February Break
We had a wonderful stay at in NH. The condo was spacious yet very cozy, clean and comfortable. We had never been to this part of NH and the Condo is perfectly located near town and close to Loon Mountain. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need and then some. Karen our host was absolutely wonderful and very easy to get in touch with if needed. My daughter loved the nice hot shower after a day of snowboarding! We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely visit again.

Winter holidays in the perfect place!
The perfect apartment, lots of towels, everything you need in the kitchen, spacious rooms. Communication with Karen was excellent. In short, we were delighted with the place and hope to return one day. We had a wonderful vacation.

Nice place & good location
Had a hard time to open the door because the key box was frozen shut solid . We had to call the maintenance man to let us in but overall very nice and clean place . Convenient location to the ski hills.

We stayed here and it was cozy and clean. The area is nice and quiet. The check in and out process was very simple. The host, Karen was accessible as needed and very responsive. It was a great place to stay with the kids and close to good restaurants and Loon.
