Great property- we loved the access to Beaver Creek mountain. The condo was clean and very nice. I reached out to the property manager with a question, and he was very responsive . Good restaurant within the Westin. Also good bar food. Live music some evenings. They have a free shuttle that will take you over to Beaver Creek Village or Vail.

We’ve booked this unit twice now. It’s always as expected. Clean and well stocked. We’ll be back.

Great property convenient location easy access to gondola and bachelor gulch. Overall clean. Minor issue with the mattress cover but we cleaned it easily with the washer and dryer in the unit. Property manager is easily accessible and responsive. Check in and out very easy. Would stay here again.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Either VRBO or the property manager had not communicated with the Westin front desk, so they had no record of our reservation. We had to call the local property manager and go back and forth with the desk for almost an hour, before we could finally get our room. VRBO and the property manager only have 3 tasks: Advertise the property, collect the money, and make sure the desk knows. The local property manager was very helpful, but the communication with the desk should have happened long before.

The one major thing that affected our stay is when we found out about the construction project happening right outside/next door of our unit. Early every morning (except Sunday), a construction crew started working on the building located next door. The noise prevented our family from sleeping in, and sitting on the balcony was not an option, due to the noise. This should have been disclosed prior to our arrival, or a solution should have been provided. Instead a "there is construction everywhere" comment was provided when we reached out. This was the only side of the Resort impacted by the noise of the construction. We would have stayed somewhere else in the Resort or find an alternative instead of having to deal with this. I understand a construction project is out of someone's control, however, disclosing it should have been the right thing to do. When taking a family vacation, rest and relaxation is a priority. Unfortunately, this wasn't met on this trip. Given the amount of money and time that was spent on this stay, we left disappointed.

The Westin Riverfront is an incredible property with beautiful views and great amenities. The condo was exactly as advertised - gorgeous, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and the location is quiet (corner unit and top floor). There was 4 of us but 6 would fit comfortably too. The property POC, Brian, was very prompt with responses to any questions we had and very accommodating - thank you! It was the perfect stay and we will definitely be back!

The property was clean and in great shape. The Westin hotel resort offers great features like a mini mart, starbucks cofee shop, ski rentals and valet. There is a gondola for skiers inside the property.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice hybrid between staying in a hotel and staying in a condo. The only reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 stars is construction on a new tower blocks what would be scenic views.

This place was perfect for our trip to BC. Fit our family of 6 perfectly. Had everything we needed. Location was great with the Ski Valet and Riverfront Gondola right outside the hotel doors. Made things so convenient!

Outstanding location and very nice property. Recommend it to those looking for great amenities , the gondola is a huge plus and you are not right in BC.

Overall this was as we expected, but very expensive! And could have booked through Westin for the same price and got points for our stay. Beautiful room, Unfortunately there was construction that we were not made aware of before renting. Usually they disclose such things when renting through the Westin directly.

The Westin staff was so helpful and accommodating. Such easy access to the Mountain. And love that our skis and boots are stored for us on boot warmers overnight and our skis are literally handed to us steps from the gondola. We loved the Apres-ski vibe in the lodge and the 3 large hot tubs.
