The house was a wonderful home base for a family of 5. It was well equipped with everything we needed, was close to Zion, and was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking, and nice that it was already hot and didn't require any setup. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at LaVerkin Serenity Now. We had four adults and a toddler. The home is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and two bathrooms with ample towels and travel toiletries. The location is ideal - 25 minutes to Zion Nat'l Park and less than 10 minutes to neighboring town of Hurricane and 30 minutes to St. George. Lots of outdoor adventure in Southern Utah - hiking, canyoneering, mountain biking, etc. The home has a fire pit and hot tub which make the outdoor area enjoyable even in colder months. The dining table seats 6 and there were several bar stools around the kitchen island. We had to adjust the dates of our travel and Red Sands was very accommodating. We had a few service requests, which despite being mentioned on the second day of our stay (via text) were not addressed until later in the week. I suggest emailing or calling (versus text) as I am sure the property management would have been more than willing to provide assistance and likely missed the message. Signage in the home and ipad are helpful for providing information on the use of appliances and check in/check out instructions. My biggest hurdle was storing clothing in the two smaller bedrooms as there is no dresser (only closets). Extra warm blankets were helpful on cold nights. Extra places to hang wet towels in the hall bathroom would be appreciated, as well as a second lamp on bedside table in the queen bedroom.

Great property to act as our home bar while visiting Zion. Only 30 minutes to Zion yet in an area with plenty of amenities. Also nice to relax the sore muscles from a long day of hiking in the hot tub.

This was a comfortable home for our 3 day stay. The hot tub and backyard was divine. The smaller bedroom bed was super uncomfortable tho. When there are two people in the bed, it sinks to the middle. It would have also been nice to have more cooking utensils. The can opener was broken. Even with these little things, it was a nice place to stay.

Home has excellent, roomy layout with all amenities available. Beds are comfortable and plenty of extras, like portacrib, hottub, outdoor grill, garage, etc.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals. This one is at the top for cleanliness, supplies, clear directions, ease of entering, communication etc. There were loads of complimentary shampoos and conditioners, laundry soaps, and a lovely supply of spices, coolers, chairs, and a whole closet of towels. The home itself was beautifully decorated. We did not have a single complaint and many, many compliments. Would very gladly stay here again.

We've stayed multiple times and it was great as always. This time we went to Sand Hollow State Park to play on the red and black sand beaches and did some boating. Plenty of parking for boat and multiple vehicles.

This is our families first trip to Utah so we really didn’t know where to sta. We pick something that was fairly close to Zion national Park which is where we wanted to spend most of our time. The location of our rental was perfect very close. The description and rooms and amenities were great. The light was out on the porch so it was kind of hard to see as we were coming in at night. Everything was clean and amenities were great. Great place to stay great location to Zion national Park

Had a great stay. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day hiking. Utah is so beautiful. Sunset around 9pm took some getting used to. One of the fuses was out when we arrived. Management sent maintenance over within 15 min. of our arrival. Loved the set up of the house. My husband and I were on one side of the house and my teen was on the other side. The bathrooms were stocked with tons of towels and pool towels. Master bed was a pillow top and uncomfortable to me. Kept rolling to the middle. The wand for the blinds was broken in the queen bedroom. Could not close them. Black stain on the carpet outside the laundry room. Definitely a vacation rental.

We enjoyed our stay especially the back yard with the hot tub and grill. We didn't use the fire pit. Very clean and comfortable. There were a few small things that needed attention. The management helped us avoid crowds when the Ironman race was there

Many things on this home were not working or in need of repair. Contacted property manager morning after we arrived about issues. The problems we experienced were items they advertised. They were shown pictured in their ad or in their write up. The patio lights were out, fire pit did not work. and even though listed as no pets no smoking--cigarette butts and poop piles in yard. Lights on hot tub did not work. Had to call about unusable pots, pans, and cookie sheet, even though house is listed as having a stocked kitchen. Dryer made a loud squealing noise when running. I had asked for a garage door opener but was told they would not supply one as they were afraid we would break it. Told we could manually open and close the door. Most of the blinds were in-operable. There was a slow sink in the master bedroom. Beds unmade in bunk room upon our arrival. I called and reported items immediately and as the week progressed, we found more things needing repair. Told things would be remedied "after we leave." The only thing they partially took care of was a few pots. Never had a large stove top skillet or cookie sheet. Dishwasher filter was caked with food and didn't seem to be working as we found dirty dishes in cupboard Given a small credit but would rather have had what we thought we paid for.

This place was extremely clean and spacious. We were very close to Zion national park, which made our trip a lot easier. We were close to a few grocery stores and eateries. It was extremely easy to communicate and get support from the management team. Highly recommend!

This house was a really nice clean spot for us to gather after our days adventures. The hot tub was a nice bonus for sore muscles.

We would highly recommend this home! It was spotless, was easy to find and check in. The kitchen had every possible pot, pan, knife and glass you would need to cook a meal in, along with dish towels, soap, plenty of TP. Nothing worse than traveling all day and then having to run to the store at night for coffee filters or TP. Nicely furnished and appointed. This home had it all. Do not hesitate to rent this great place.
