Home is spectacular. Loved having golf carts to beach and swimming pools. Shopping and restaurants were very convenient. Highly recommend this vacation home!

We loved everything about this property! The setup was exactly what we needed. The owner has thought of everything a family would need to have for a wonderful vacation. The home was very clean and accommodating. The golf carts were a plus when traveling back and forth from the beach. We would love to stay here again. Great house and location

Our stay was great from start to finish. The house felt like home and the golf carts were a great addition for my family. Everything was perfect, making it a memorable stay. We would definitely come again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The clearly explained house rules meant everyone knew where to find items like fresh beach towels & golf cart keys. Denice was quick to answer any question. Every part of the house was in fine working order. Golf cart parking was a nice perk, and when the teens used the carts, I easily found metered street parking. The Oceanside neighbors were friendly and quiet (even during beach week). My daughter & I invited eight of her 18yo friends to join us for a few nights between AP exams and Graduation. The freshly painted and newly furnished house perfectly accommodated our group with beds and gathering spaces for everyone. The kitchen was especially well-appointed, with all the pots, pans, knives, and gadgets one needs! We so appreciated having 12+ sets of dishes; we happily spoiled the girls with homecooked meals after a whirlwind Maycember. We moms turned the 2bd/1ba ground floor apartment into a quiet home spa while the teens soaked in all things beach. The 2nd laundry room made beach towel laundry quick, too.

Stayed with extended family with seniors, adults, and 5 kids under 5. Place was extremely clean and had everything our diverse group needed. Having downstairs 2 bedrooms being more secluded from the main area was particularly helpful for our infant. Our family enjoyed trips to the beach and the pool/splash pad. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family trip to the beach.

Myself and 7 guys stayed at the house over Memorial Day weekend. The communication and checkin process was great. Owner reached out and was very helpful with all aspects including the security at the gate and check in items. The place it self was great. Plenty of space for all us our guests and the house was very clean. We cooked dinner two nights and had every item we needed to cook. The location was great. With the golf carts it was just a 5 minute ride to the beach and within a short driving distance of multiple restaurants. Would recommend to friend groups or families to stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

This beach house was amazing! Hosts were wonderful to work with, the house was very clean and had everything you need and more!

Our family - 6 adults, 5 kids under eight years old - stayed at this house for the second time, and it was even better than last year. The weather was great, so we could enjoy the ocean, pools and playground. The bedroom configuration works great for us, and the house is clean, attractive and well-stocked. Denice is so responsive and thoughtful. Hope we can return next year!

The home and the neighborhood were so incredible!!! Denice was easy to communicate with and even sent reminders on trash day during the week so we didn’t forget. I would HIGHLY recommend and our family plans to stay again on another vacation trip!

It was great!!! With 14 family members and local friends stopping by the house had a great flow! Cleanliness and check-out was easy ! Would definitely stay again!! We stayed in the house with multiple families and there was more than enough space. Everything was just as was described and Denise was easy to get hold of with any questions. Everyone had a wonderful time.

It was a great house for 3 families to share the space. The golf carts made the trip to the beach fun. We enjoyed the the area.

Denice was so extremely responsive and helpful! This is the first time in many years our extended family met for vacation! We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The ride to the beach or the pool on the golf cart was seemless! The community pool was a little dirty for our liking, but that is not on the homeowners! We got plenty of sun and water time at the beach. Even though the beach was a little crowded, we always found a spot for our group of 8-12. We cooked at the house every night! Overall a wonderful experience and definitely recommend!!!

"Vacation" home... only you have to find your linens and make your beds on arrival (which have sand in them 😀). On last day need to wake up early and wash comforters and remakes beds or get charged additional costs (Even though there is a cleaning fee). Don't mind the roaches, they are mostly on the bottom level (we counted 12 that we killed). We have pictures but cant attach them here. Passes were not issued on arrival, we received day passes and had to go back to the office the following day to get the right ones. But there's a catch! Super common issue apparently, line of maybe 8-10 people there for the same thing. Took 25 mins for my turn. Everything else was okay. Just prepare yourself to A, make beds on arrival B, deal with pass issues C, make time to wash and reset beds D, bugs Not worth the money for a "higher end place". I'm expecting a "you signed a contract" follow up response. We will NOT be coming back. Too many other options to put up with things like that on a vacation.

Clean, fresh, great size. Perfect for multiple families. Had a great time and would definitely stay again! Little things you need to do yourself- make the beds and provide toilet paper. Need to wash beach towels prior to departure. Not a big deal. Golf carts were great and kids loved taking them to the beach. Not close enough to walk. The restaurant and bar on beach were great and nice addition. The owner very responsive to any questions before and during our stay.

This property was great for our 4 families getting together. Multiple kitchens helped keep the groceries needed for our group and grill was appreciated. Plenty of room and the community had fantastic amenities that everyone enjoyed including pools for kids and private beach access. Golf carts were fun. Overall a great experience!

Our group of 9 stayed very comfortably at Mello Yello. Would definitely recommend to anyone taking a family vacation to the Myrtle Beach area.

We came for our Michigan spring break March 25-30th. From the very beginning the owner was amazing with communication. She answered every single question within an hour. We had three families with 6 adults and 6 kids (5-16)

We vacationed with our adult daughters, spouses, and their five boys, ages 6 and under. This house worked beautifully for us! It was very attractive, clean and comfortable, and had enough space for all of us. We loved taking the golf carts to the beach, pools, playground, or just for a ride around the community. The back deck was a great space for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The host provided detailed instructions throughout the process, and responded quickly to questions. I would highly recommended this home to any family!

I read that there were too many rules for this house, I disagree. It was just what i needed as a first timer. The home was simply lovely and so was the area. My family loved every moment. I just wished that we were able to be better guests for her, the key for one of the golf carts broke. Denise is very sweet and hospitable.

The pictures do not begin to show the perfectness of Mellow Yellow. The home is stunning and perfect for a large family. Plenty of room to accommodate us and give us lots of space. The home has everything that you need. The owner Denice is very responsive if needed. It is in Oceanside Village which is very family friendly. We look forward to our next vacation and hopefully Mellow Yellow will be able to be our spot!

Great communication with owner. Easy check in. Clean house. Perfect layout for 4 adults and 4 teens. Well stocked kitchens for all your cooking needs. Plenty of beach towels and beach toys to enjoy the beach. Golf carts made it easy to get to the beach about 1 mile away. The neighborhood has its own parking area at the beach. Check out is at 10 AM

Great experience overall. My parents who are in their 70’s struggled with the stairs. We should have paid attention to that when booking. We could have used a few more beach chairs and boogie boards, but other than that, everything was fabulous.

Mellow Yellow has everything you need for a great family vacation. The house is spacious, and the kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of beach chairs and toys. We really enjoyed the golf carts, the ping pong table, and the rocking chairs on the front porch. It's a beautiful neighborhood. Just a short golf cart drive to the beach and community pool. We hope to come back again next year. This was our 2nd year staying at this house.

Amazing family vacation on this property. We had a lot of space and the fully stocked kitchen was such a bonus for us as we have a lot of cooks in the family! The neighborhood with golf cart access was wonderful, as well as the private beach access. Our kids LOVED the pool and went every day! Thank you for the wonderful vacation which gave us many wonderful memories to look back on!

We enjoyed our stay. Having two golf carts made it easy to travel to/from the beach. Lots of signs and rules at the house but nothing that most people wouldn’t have adhered to with/without so many reminders. I’m sure the owners are simply trying to protect their property but if you can afford to rent this house you would be the type of person to treat it well.
