This home was absolutely lovely. Every detail from architecture, decor, and landscaping were beautiful. There is nothing you need when staying here, every amenity you can think of, and a breathtaking back drop. The home was exceptionally clean and the property management was very responsive. We loved our time here.

When we first arrived the property had not been cleaned and it was filthy!! Trash overflowing, dishes everywhere, dirty pans on the stove, dirty towels all over the floors, nothing like walking in to see how other people live. When the cleaning crew finally arrived, 3 hours after us, they did a great job cleaning and straightening up the place. Thank you to Charles at TurnKey for helping sort it all out!

Beautiful home with great features like the sauna and hot tub. Also the in-floor heating was great. Kitchen felt like home but with any appliance needed. Nice garage for our car. Great views of the peaks including Quandary peak which is a 14'er. We went into Breck quick for groceries and then we stayed in the rest of the 3 days there. Thanks Jason and Dawn

The property is beautiful and furnished very comfortably. Only complaints: - Working ice maker - Lack of disclosure of the studio apartment above the garage that could be rented separately But again great property and we really enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived with high hopes and excitement, but were quickly greeted by a dirty garage that had an overflowing trash can stinking up the inside. The house itself was pretty nice - needs some TLC. There were random cutouts in the walls in the master closet, multiple spots of the crown molding were falling off, etc. The house looked like it hadn’t been dusted, swept or moped in months - dust, crumbs, candy wrappers galore. There wasn’t enough soap in the house for each bathroom - this is problem in non-COVID times. It didn’t say in the description anywhere that there had been cats living there - this is an issue for those of us who have allergies to cats. We were excited to use the theatre, but the surround sound wouldn’t work - only the background noise and music could be heard from the center speaker, no voices. It was literally one thing after the other. The coffee machine didn’t work, the yard and porch were covered with debris - random clothes, bottle caps, empty cans, cigarette butts, etc. If this were my vacation rental, I would be pissed that the house was in this condition. Minus all the negatives that seemed to slap us in the face the moment we walked in the door, the house was in a great location with beautiful views. The hot tub was lovely, and we loved the heated floors- so cozy. TurnKey was very responsive to our issues and requests.

A lot of room and the outdoor hot tub along with the indoor sauna was much appreciated after a long day on the slopes!

The house was great. Easy to get to and garage parking. Beautiful views of the mountains. Very quiet and relaxing area.

Our thanksgiving vacation was spectacular. This beautiful cabin provided my family and friends an escape from reality. The cabin was very clean. It Provided many activities; card games, board games, movie room, hot tub, sledding and it’s on the golf course. It’s a few minutes from downtown. I would recommend this beautiful cabin to anyone!

Our group had such a great experience in this home! The location was prime as it was only 10 minutes from the two closest towns (with every kind of store you could need) while still being in quiet, peaceful nature. We even had a family of deer visit in the backyard one day. The kitchen was so well stocked with utensils, appliances, and more than enough dishes & glasses. We didn’t end up using the hot tub but both outdoor patios were some of our favorite places to spend the afternoons. The sauna was also a great feature! The only two points of feedback I would give were that one of the mattresses in one of the smaller bedrooms sank a bit in the middle, making it difficult for the couple staying in there to sleep comfortably. The other would be that there could have been more hand soap in the bathrooms; some had it, others didn’t. Overall, a great experience. We have already discussed returning again next year!
