First I would like to say the hosts are fantastic and very quick to respond to your needs. Room was clean and well supplied with necessities. Like the yard with fruit trees and flowers. Perfect for what we needed. Would stay again.

The place itself it nice and clean and well stocked, close to the beach and all necessities. The two things I did not like are; The house has a circular driveway and the owner parked their Tesla to charge right in front of the entrance of the unit so every time we had to go anywhere we had to back out our car on a circular driveway which was a pain, it's ok if you had to do it once but if you have to do it a few times a day it becomes annoying very fast trying to maneuver out of a circular driveway. Also, the backyard/hot tub is shared with the property owner so the hot tub etc. did not feel very private.

Very clean and accommodating. Location was great with shopping needs within minutes. Beach was not too far and easy to get to. We went to Siesta Beach which is very close and also went to Lido Beach which was a little bit more of a drive but not bad at all. Of the two beaches we preferred Lido.

We enjoyed the beautiful beaches, biking trails and great restaurants and breweries. Nice areas with lots to do for everyone.

Great place ,well placed for beach, beachchairs,towels, beach umbrella,cold bag&icepack supplied,lots of cooking supplies on site. Will be back again.

The shower alone is worth 5 stars!!! Its awesome! We didn’t have a chance to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit in back but it all looked beautiful. Nice fenced in and place to do laundry.

Wonderful property and location. Guest house was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful backyard space and hot tub. Convenient to stores and restaurants and not far from the beach. Owner of as very responsive. We’ll be back!!

Good space. Just as described. Kitchen and bathroom were very nice. Good water pressure and temperature. The hot tub was lovely. The driveway lights and brightly colored chairs in the yard make it super easy to find even at night.

We spent the last three days of our 10 day vacation here and this was the best of our rentals (including Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort). The space is roomy. We appreciated the soft bedding, variety of pillows, plush towels, beach umbrellas/chairs, and tasteful decor. It is convenient to get to Siesta Key beaches. Lovely plantings in the garden (we didn't use the outdoor space so can't comment on hot tub, etc.). The overall rating is 4 rather than 5 because of 3 issues: 1. No matter how fast I went, I ran out of hot water in the shower. 2. There wasn't a king size sheet for the (very comfy) bed (BUT--I didn't ask the host who may have had one elsewhere). 3. The neighborhood is a little run down, couch on the road across the street & signs of neglect (but not by this homeowner). I would stay there again.

Helpful hosts, comfy bed, great backyard and close to beach etc. We would definitely stay here again.

What a quaint little place to stay! Steve and Ava were very attentive to our needs! I would highly recommend renting their guest house!

My husband and I stayed for a snowbird trip with our dog. We all had a great time in the beautiful backyard and exploring the nearby beaches and parks. Lots of dog friendly patio dining nearby and the fabulous grill on the patio made dinners a snap. Comfy bed, comfy place.

What a great place to stay kitchen very well appointed with very high upgrade furnishings bed slept fabulous hot tub was amazing and easy to use wonderful instructions from our fabulous host we would highly recommend anyone to stay here lovely eating spots all around that we enjoyed Kiki for breakfast downtown siesta key just within minutes

Could not work fire pit and was not able to charge our EV. I was looking forward to sitting by the fire pit.

The property was the clean VRBO we have stayed in. The location was centrally located and convenient. The hot tub was very nice to use at the end of the day.

The accommodations were clean and well organized. The beach theme was fun and fit our desire to get away and relax. Kitchen accommodations were more than adequate for our needs. We were given complete privacy and yet we’re welcome to use all on-site accommodations. We look forward to coming back to this area and will see you again.

This property is located just 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach with all the attractions. Excellent communication with our hosts before and throughout our stay. The backyard was perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed the Hot Tub and grill. Thank you Eva and Steven!

We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The fenced in yard was great since we were traveling with our pups. Highly recommend!

We had a nice time in siesta key. Highly recommend turtle beach as it is less busy and more relaxing vs siesta key. Also a great place to kayak and see manatees and native wildlife. Lido key was also great. The beach house was a nice place to return after hot days. Thanks for providing a cooler to utilize. Bed was great, and we enjoyed grilling and the hot tub. What a lovely back yard to relax in. We left a beach chair and umbrella for future guests to use. Thank you for the accommodations!

I needed a few days away. Everything I needed was there, very comfortable. The king bed was so comfy, I can not speak to the twin size fold outs, they sat comfortably. the Guest house, I very much appreciated the covered parking. Inside temperature was perfect, shower was great! This is an efficient place, I mean.... go to the beach! You can stay in and be quite comfortable too, the back yard has patio furniture and a shade. A very nice grill, a hot tub (too hot for August), W/D. Very fun sparkles here and there. I was delighted.

Very nice property! The wife and I loved the whole place and the feel. Very close to the beach, which is always a huge plus with the wife. The privacy was nice. It was like they wasn’t even there. Overall 5 stars from us.

It was very clean and had all the basics.

My family and I stayed at this rental for 4 days. I felt like we were staying at a family guest house or something. It was super clean, plenty of space for the 3 of us. Big comfy bed and in a great area. About 20 minutes from everything. The owners met us in the driveway when we arrived to help us figure out the best way to park the boat. They even leant my husband an angle grinder because he may have forgotten to bring the key to unlock the trailer lock. They were great host. We had a great time! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Sarasota.

Perfect place for our weekend getaway to the beautiful siesta keys. The beach is super close to the home very convenient. Our son love the sleeper sofa very relaxing. The bed and sheets were super comfortable and soft. Property management were very attentive to all our needs during out stay. Definitely will be back.

We stayed here for 3 nights. There is nothing I would complain about. Place is very clean ,with comfortable bed,which we slept on like a babies. Kitchen was small,but fully equipped, which was perfect for just 2 of us. Outdoor area with patio,large grill and hot tub is super nice. Owners were around, but tried their best to make us feel private and comfortable. House us located right by a busy street,but with fencing was less noisy than anticipated. We would choose this place again without hesitation.
