We had a wonderful time at this house in a prime location in Indian Rocks Beach. We walked to the restaurants and the beach! But I must say we spent most of the time enjoying the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you would ever need! We took a short walk to see the turtle park too! It was a wonderful vacation!

We have been taking a family vacation (9 of us) for the last 4 years. We like to rent a home as it is more relaxed feeling and roomier than a cold hotel room. Your home was everything we needed. We knew this because we stayed there last year also! For all 9 of us to unanimously pick the same house tells you something!

It was a great location for our family has we had small children and our adult kids could also walk to restaurant/bars. Grateful for all the beach equipment/toys and loved the short walk to the beach.

Beautiful home located a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The home was clean and well stocked with everything you will need to enjoy a beach vacation. It even has Kayaks that we were able to use. We had a few issues and our host Scott was very responsive. He went above and beyond to assure our trip went well.
The only negatives, lower level a little difficult to keep cool, but we managed, the pool could have used a shock and the early checkout and late checkin times. Overall great vacation rental.

We felt the description and exceptional rating do not fit the property. The views are not amazing as described. We had a view of a large boat and a drawbridge. The drawbridge noise was annoying at times. We enjoyed the pool and its a good location other than the drawbridge and overall view.

This property matched all of the advertisements that were on-line. Very good location to local restaurants and the beach. Very clean and well stocked with beach supplies, towels, lots of spices for cooking!

House is nice with big functional kitchen and kitchen table. We couldn’t let the baby out on the deck though because the railings are a bit wide apart so I wouldn’t recommend it for young kids. Everything else was super functional nice big fridge raider, brand, new washer, and dryer plenty of chairs and beach towels for the beach, which was super close, and really nice. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Our group had a great time in Indian Rocks Beach! Home was very clean, stocked with everything you can think of and the location was perfect! Owner was available for all my questions and concerns.
Would definitely recommend this home if you’re planning to stay in this area!

We came with a group of mixed ages for a family stay. The location was perfect! The home was clean, well stocked and in a family neighborhood. The hosts communicated well and were very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house and great location! We were even able to kayak with two dolphins that swam thru the canal. Hosts were amazing very quick to get back to us with any questions we had. Restaurants near by were excellent! The beach was perfect and a great nature park across the bridge was a must visit!❤️

We had a wonderful stay in IRB! The house is on a quiet cal-de-sac and there are lots of restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The house is fully stocked with kitchen appliances and gadgets. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 4 nights prior to New Years to attend a surprise engagement party - 6 adults and one infant. House was exactly as pictured - spectacular views of the water, huge pool and very clean, recently renovated home. Easy 5 min walk to beach and downtown. Owners were very responsive. Easy check in and check out.

This beautiful home is right on the bay and a 10 minute walk to the beach. It has pool toys, sand toys, a wagon & chairs for the beach, an umbrella stroller (long walk in the heat for little ones), sunscreen, bug spray, etc! Made our packing much easier and the owner is very friendly & accomodating. Great neighborhood, comfy beds, very clean, & a great pool for multiple people! You have to see this place in person to truly appreciate!

Overall great property to stay with 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Scott and Michele communicated very well. Everything in the home worked as it should, and it was supplied with everything that we needed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Nice home with everything you need for an enjoyable beach experience. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants on a daily basis. The pool is beautiful and many hours were enjoyed in it. You won’t be disappointed.

The house had everything we needed. Only complaint would be large boat on lift at dock so hard to enjoy the water or fish off the back of dock. The house was very clean and and inviting.

This house had everything we needed and more! I cannot begin to describe how perfect the location is. We saw dolphins, a manatee, kayaked and walked to the beach each day. So many restaurants and things to do in the area! We loved Johns Pass and waterfront restaurants in St. Pete. However, the beach access at 5th Ave. just a short walk away was our favorite!
Oh and the BEACH SUPPLIES!!! Wagon, chairs, umbrellas and more! This made things so easy and set the house apart from others. Both Scott and his wife were so easy to work with and so helpful. We will be back!

Scott and Michelle were great hosts. Property had everything we needed, including beach/pool gear and kitchen necessities. Location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach, restaurants/bars. Listing says unheated pool but it was plenty warm for swimming in March! Our four kids aged 9-13 also loved the house, very large pool, and the beach. I would recommend Indian Rocks Beach and this property. Hopefully will be back!

The house was so well stocked with everything you might need! The location is wonderful! The house was very clean with lots of room. Scott and Michelle were awesome, and so accommodating. This was the best house we have ever gotten through vrbo. Hopefully we will be returning next year to spend another week there.

We were a party of 5 adults. Loved the house. Comfortable, clean and best stocked kitchen I have experienced. Enjoyed the location so much. Used the kayaks every day, easy to launch from the dock. Usually saw dolphins. Appx. 4 block walk to ocean. Walked to Crabby Bills many times for a drink and live music. Number of restaurants within walking distance. Owners were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with.

This property was absolutely amazing. The house was immaculate and we felt right at home the entire time. It is walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants! It was too cold to get in the pool but laying out by the pool was one of my favorite things. They have anything and everything you need to enjoy beach and pool activities. They were well stocked with kitchen appliances when we wanted to have a meal at home. The view from the back deck was picture perfect. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Property was nicely updated and decorated with lots of amenities including everything needed for the pool, beach or fishing off the dock. Beach is a 5-minute walk and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. The property owner is very responsive and friendly. Great property for families!

We enjoyed our stay at the Indian Rocks Beach home. The size was perfect for our family of 5 (with 2 teens and an 8 yo). The tri-level layout actually worked out great, as each kid had their own “space” which they thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed the pool, the dock for fishing and the (healthy) walk to the local beach. The house itself was well-equipped with laundry supplies, basic showering supplies and kitchen needs. We appreciated the beach supplies (had to purchase our own sand toys (buckets, shovels) from the local Walgreens (walking distance from beach). We also enjoyed the Disney+ account for nighttime movies. We’d recommend for families. Lots of stairs to be mindful of though, which we appreciated for the exercise.

Even before our arrival Scott was great at answering questions and giving helpful advice for our stay. The house was more than equipped with everything we needed and more, including the water toys, Kayakes for a leisurely trip out on the water. The house was just perfect and we all had the best week following our crazy week in Disney. It was also lovely to meet you and Michele. 20th High School Reunion/Girls Trip
We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property! It was truly walkable to restaurants and the beach. Having a private pool with a view of the inter coastal waterway was fantastic. The house was stocked with so many things that made the trip easy. From kitchen supplies, to beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, a wagon, everything we needed was already there. The upstairs bedroom and basement have window a/c units because the central air doesn’t do great in those areas but there weren’t any complaints of anyone getting hot. The owners were communicative and helpful when we had any questions.

Great 4th of July stay
We had an amazing time at this property. The house was great and clean and perfect for a large family. The pool and outdoor area are great for hanging out all day and the downstairs extra room and bathroom are perfect for anyone who wants some extra privacy. The owners were very responsive and helpful and we loved staying here. Would recommend to anyone!

This is a beautiful home in a great location. We had a wonderful, relaxing week! The beach is a short walk away or stay in and enjoy the pool. The whole house is fully stocked. There are plenty of amenities to use also. Very family friendly home, with welcoming neighbors.

Great stay, great location
We had a lovely time at this perfectly located Indian Rocks Beach property over father's day weekend. On the second day we were there, a toilet issue came up (the flushing mechanism in the main floor toilet just completely broke). The owner came over ON FATHER'S DAY and fixed it before it became an issue. We were super impressed with the owner's responsiveness. Everything was so great. I loved the chairs and beach items provided for use, there was even a cart so we could walk over and haul everything easily. Make sure you check out Crabby Bills and the ice cream place on your way to the beach. Great stay! Wish we could go every year.
