Excellent condo with decor and features. View of space needle from living room and bedroom as well as rooftop patio. Communication with host was clear and responsive. My kids enjoyed the snacks and treats and were there for us.

Good location short walk to Space needle about 20 min walk to Market place. Snacks were a big bonus having paper towels and TP and cleaning supplies another huge bonus Only reason not 5 stars is no AC and no screens on Window to leave open. It was really hot inside the condo. There are 2 fans it would have been unbearable without those.

The property was located within walking distance of many local destinations. Some of the main appliances need updated.

The place was very clean and comfortable. We found plenty of pillows and blankets. We stayed here for 2 days, 3 adults. The location is very centralized. We were able to walk to the pier for our embarkation day. The communication was great previous arriving day. Once in the location, I never heard from the owner again. I texted when arrived and once on the ship once gone. I got no responses, nor the code for the door so we could get in the building. I would still rent again.

The space was small, but big enough for the two of us and our twin 11 year old granddaughters. It was close to many of the sights we wanted to visit. The space was clean and well stocked. The dish of candy and the bowl of snacks were enjoyed, especially by the girls (though a lot of the items had passed their expiration date). There's a grocery store nearby. Actually close enough to walk back from Pike Place. Parking on the street, but limited to four hours at a time. Can't be extended until about 30 minutes after a session expires. The price was more like $1.50 per hour, as opposed to the 50 cents stated on the description. Parking was free overnight. We never saw a cop so I doubt they check much. Closet space was limited, as it was packed full of extras (including a blow up bed) and several boxes of extra snacks!

We were visiting from the Bay Area for a quick weekend trip and were hoping to see downtown without booking a car. We were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit including the aquarium, pikes place market, and the space needle. The place was clean and organized and host was responsive to our questions. Would totally book again!

Recently stayed with my adult son to attend hockey game. Apartment was clean and very conveniently located within easy walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena, Pike Place Market, shops, restaurants and Wholefoods. Amazing view of the Space needle from cozy balcony. The apt building is located in a sometimes loud and busy intersection but wouldn’t stop us from staying there again. Appreciated great communication!

This was a nice place to stay. There was A LOT of city noise so if you are a light sleeper and that would bother you, keep that in mind. Otherwise, great location and decent place!

The place is very comfortable and the location is wonderful. Super well equipped with everything you might need and lots of extras - snacks, drinks, ++. The rooftop deck has a wonderful view. The gym is also quite handy. Access to the suite isn't ideal - our virtual pass did not work to get in the building and the actual unit has a key so it meant we had only one key for our group. I would also suggest a little book in the place with some info on wifi, gym access code, etc. The owner did provide all of this info promptly when asked but it would save a bit of back and forth. Overall a great stay.

Spent the night here with 3 other friends to watch a concert at Climate Pledge Arena. The condo is within walking distance so we were able to cancel our reserved parking as well as save money and time, as traffic before and after the concert was busy. We were also able to walk around and try the different restaurants in the neighborhood. Street parking was easier than expected and reasonably priced. It was free from 8 pm - 8 am. The unit itself is very clean and small. There's one bedroom with a queen bed. Two of us slept on the couch, and one used the electric queen air mattress. The fridge was stocked with bottled and sparkling water. There was also a bowl of snacks and sweets on the counter to welcome us. We love the view of the Space Needle from the living room and bedroom. Communication with the host was great; response time was less than 24 hours. I'd recommend this place for 1-2 people, maybe a couple with a child. My friend and I are short, and that's the reason why the two of us fut on the L-shaped couch. It's my first time with rentals, so the extra fees doubled the published rate. That's my only negative. VRBO should post all fees early on, and not when the bill shows up.

This condo has obviously been remodeled recenty and is very clean. Great view of the Space Needle! All your kitchen needs are met and the property is secure and in a neighborhood close to all Seattle downtown attractions.

Check in was delayed because apparently the housekeeper just has to keep the door unlocked with the key on the counter. What kind of check in process is this? I’ve never had such a horrible check in process. The door was locked and we had to wait an hour in the hallway after an exhausting and tiring day. All we wanted to do was get in the rental, change into comfy clothes and relax so this was extremelyyyy frustrating. We just awkwardly slumped ourselves in the hallway while neighbors stared passing by us. Such an unpleasant check in experience. The housekeeper said we could do a late check out but we didn’t need that, we just wanted an on time check in. Thanks but no thanks. Do better next time. The location is centralized but there was a lot of chaotic noise in this area, a lot of sirens, ambulances, neighbors who were loud and yelling- I mean cussing up a storm. The home itself was okay, the bed is hard and not really comfortable but it was nice and dark, and we were tired enough, we just knocked out. There was a nice view of the space needle. The candy on the coffee table could be tossed out, they looked like last years Halloween candy, like it had melted and were crushed. Lastly, the complimentary snacks and drinks make up for any negative reviews. Good job on that piece.

The place was clean, in a great location, and was stocked with snacks. I was in town for an event at climate pledge arena and that was only a 10 minute walk away.

Location was excellent. Lovely property, slightly tight space for 4 adults but definitely doable.

I was very happy with how clean and comfortable the place is! The view is amazing! I had a great time walking around to see all the sights with so many spots nearby. Waking up to the space needle everyday was an incredible Seattle experience. Will be coming back 😁

What an absolute find! The location is worth it is weight in gold with us being able to stroll to many of the city’s trademarks. Impeccable cleanliness that immediately put our mind at ease. As advertised, vibrant neighborhood and short walk to waterfront and Space Needle

Fun neighborhood and so close to everything we wanted to do and see. Plenty of food and entertainment places in walking distance. We really enjoyed the roof space as well. It was a little warm with no AC but it was almost August. Emily was terrific with the communication and answering our questions. The snacks were a great touch. I loved this space!

Perfect location, clean apartment. Close to restaurants and tourists attractions. We only stayed 2 nights but would have been comfortable staying a week. Great view from the balcony and bedroom.

Just what we need for the five of us before we went on our cruise. Although there is no ac it wasn’t a problem. The snacks were great after a long day of traveling! Air mattress pumped up and worked great as well. I would stay there again!

We loved the location of this property! It was in walking distance to everything. The apartment was very small but an extra mattress was available as well as a couch. The view of the space needle was amazing! Check in was very easy! Emily was great and answered all my questions. There were a variety of snacks left for us in our room and drinks in the fridge. There was also a great pizza place and cafe on the next street over. The only negative is the smell in the hallway. It was a strong urine smell. The positive was the smell was NOT in the room. I would stay here again. :)
