We enjoyed our stay, the place had everything we needed and as advertised. We appreciated the thought that went into making our stay comfortable and loved the welcome gifts. It was a perfect place for our high friends gathering.

Like my son stated, this house was kind of like the Bluth house in Arrested Development. One of the showers did not work, the bathroom doors did not lock, the carpet tacks were sticking up and two people stepped on them, the noise level in the home was loud due to poor insulation ,I suppose. The pool table was not in good shape. Management was a little condescending as they told me to feel free to use the other showers as the broken one could not be fixed during our stay. We did however, have a good time and the house was located in a nice neighborhood. I feel bad complaining but feel others should be aware of the above issues.

Hello, my family and I had a nice stay in Windsor while visiting from the Bay Area for our Dad's, memorial service. Unfortunately it was cut short by a nearby forest fire the smoke from which was able to come through a window that could not be closed (broken crank) and an internally installed A/C unit. Our daughter is respritorally challenged, so we chose to leave. Other than some loose fixtures and an ill-equipped kitchen, it was a nice, clean place and easy to hang out in. -James

Two kids, one teen, five adults. This house was perfect for us. Spacious, clean. Big kitchen. There was a grill, but we didn’t use it. Washer/dryer were large machines and very clean. Beautiful area. Towels were missing, but they went to buy some for us. Quick response to solve the problem. Would gladly rent here again.

Very nice executive house, top notch appliances, nice subdivision, quiet neighborhood, and excellent location for wine country touring. We rented it for a week (late February/early March). Communications with property management were excellent pre-trip. The kitchen was nicely equipped, coffee/tea available, salt/pepper/EVOO available, zip lock bags and plastic wrap were also available. Additional kitchen and bathroom towels would have been appreciated. Interior decoration was tasteful and practical. The house has a TON of storage space. Bedrooms are of good size. The shared driveway was not an issue. The outdoor grill worked well. BUT...the house is on the market, many things have not been addressed, and the property manager was less than helpful to correct them during our stay. The fire alarm in the master suite was buzzing the afternoon that we arrived. We could not reach it by standing on a chair, we did not see a ladder, so we called property management and they offered to input a work order to be addressed "tomorrow." We objected saying that we needed to sleep in the room "tonight" and the battery needed to be be changed while we were at dinner. When we returned to the house the fire alarm had been totally removed and was never replaced during our stay. Temperature regulation was very difficult; the upstairs "cooked" while the downstairs "froze." There are standing heaters throughout the house, so this is apparently an ongoing issue. When we plugged 2 heaters in 1 large room simultaneously, however, the circuit breaker tripped. The guys rectified that once they found the switch box, but that did not solve the temperature regulation issue and property management was unresponsive. An upstairs fan is positioned to direct the heat back towards the 1st floor, but we never could find the switch and the pull chain was unresponsive. The shower stream in the Jack-and-Jill bathroom repeatedly turned off after one started to shower. Rain leaked into the window above the kitchen sink. In short, this is a very nice house but is not well maintained.

Great location for visiting wineries and breweries. House was clean and beds were comfortable.

Overall great stay! Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy and close to multiple wineries and activities. Some items to improve future stays: 1. Additional towels would have been appreciated 2. Kitchen needed to be better restocked with essentials for cooking like oil and paper towels. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful property at a very convenient location. Excellent attention to detail with the wine bottle being the icing on the cake!
