Property was completely filthy and run down.
Shower curtain mildew, tubs filthy, oven dirty, lightbulbs burned out, coffee pot didn’t work, bugs in light fixtures, trash sitting around, dust and dirt all over the floor, ice maker broken, oven filthy, decor broken/damaged/dirty/outdated, house was being roofed entire time we were there.

This was a great stay for 9 motorcycle riders. The garage was an awesome feature for us. Access to entry was easy and the location was super convenient to downtown restaurants. Beautiful property.

It’s a beautiful home and perfect for our family. Location was perfect. The only thing I would change would be the towels and bedding. They all had a funny smell, especially towels and rags when they were wet. They had a moldy smell. The coffee port is also tricky to figure out. Other than that we will definately book to stay there again!

We had a total of six people that stayed at this house and there was still room to spare.We had a few questions when we arrived and Paula was prompt to return our call. I would definitely recommend this place for a large family.

Overall the home worked well for what we needed. However, there were a few things we were disappointed in. There were only 2 king beds. Bedroom 5 only had a full which was not as advertised. The whirlpool tub was not working, nor was the icemaker. Otherwise it was a beautiful home in a perfect location.

With the loft area upstairs, there was plenty of space to spread out. The home is located near a main road and not far from I90. I would stay here again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Needed comfortable place to crash for a large group (family) attending a wedding! We were more than PLEASANTLY surprised with everything!
(Only down sides were, (1) we would have liked to check in before 4pm, and (2) we couldn't find any sugar -- but c’est la vie!)

This worked perfect for our families stay. We were at a wedding and we’re able to stay together. Had a little trouble getting in- just an fyi- after you punch in code- hit “lock” then pull door toward you and handle up. It sticks- other than getting in- everything else was nice! (4 stars for tricky door-should have better instructions if there’s a sticky door).

House was beautiful, close to Black Hills State University campus and downtown Spearfish in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Had a little problem getting the door unlocked but property manager was quick to help and got it open. Our kids enjoyed the game area upstairs while we enjoyed a movie downstairs. Great stay and will stay again when in the area!

The townhome was perfect for our family. We were in town for our daughter's graduation from BHSU. Comfortable home. Excellent communication with property manager.
Plenty of towels, and bedding needs. Location was easy to find.
Our family has stayed in multiple VRBO locations. Some sites have items left behind from previous renters. Example: coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, etc. These items are not available at this location. This is not a negative factor, only information for a future renting family.

Check in was easy, attached garage with remote nice feature, close to main streets and highways, comfortable beds, instruction book not quite accurate, sharing bathrooms took some maneuvering, nice open living space, kitchen amenities were great, iron & ironing board were nice for wedding prep.

Great house for a large group of parents and kids!
House worked out great for our group as the kids could be upstairs in their space and the parents could be downstairs. Rooms and beds were great and the deck was a great place to gather to enjoy the evenings.

My family stayed at this property for Christmas. We thought it was spacious, comfortable and clean. We really liked how there was an empty garage which made it easy to get in and out. A 10 out of 10! Super good management to work with superb customer service. We would definitely recommend and would stay again. Convenient location.
