Location location location! Even better than I anticipated. It was plenty of room for a stay with our in-laws. Nicely updated and appointed. Beach, restaurants and amenities steps away. Only real downside was it was loud in the mornings. The garbage/delivery trucks come every morning for the restaurant behind the home and the complex has a courtyard that the yard maintenance people came and blew leaves for hours at 8:30am. Not early for some but was for us ;) Either way, we had a great time and will stay again!

We loved the Condo. There were extra amenities, like boogie boards, beach chairs and towels provided. Made for an extra nice stay at the beach.

Love Avila Beach. We having been coming for 38 years and will be back next year.

We had a great time despite the May Gray/June Gloom. The condo is footsteps from the boardwalk. The condo was not quite ready at check in time but rather shortly after.

Enjoyed our stay…. The only issue was that the elevator was broken. That caused some issues having to take everything up the flight of stairs. Aside from that, really enjoyed our stay .

The condo is located right behind the main strip of shops, so it was a really short walk to shops, restaurants, activities, and the beach. We were amazed by how clean and upgraded the condo was. The beds in the smaller rooms where not the most comfortable, but fine for kids.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful house. 3 adults and 3 children and we could not have been happier or more comfortable. The master bed was wonderful - I am trying to recreate that bed at my own home. Loved having 2 parking spaces, lots of beach chairs, and a cozy, beach vibe. 1 minute to the beach - we will be back for sure and will recommend to all our friends.

Wonderful location in beautiful Alvia. House is well furnished and pretty. Heater was noisy enough that we turned it off at night, so be aware that is pretty noisy. Property manager was exceptional to deal with! Location with parking was super.

This is a gorgeously updated and well-appointed rental very close to the beach. It's a bit smaller than similar Courtyard rentals, but it is the nicest...and the most expensive. We would stay hete again, if we couldn't find a cheaper and less beautiful place.

This house is beautiful, one of the best appointed Kitchens I've ever experienced in a rental home. Had EVERYTHING we could need. The beds were super comfortable and the house was so well appointed. We did have some trouble with the bath tub in the large bedroom leaking so hopefully they are able to fix that. Some of the lighting fixtures were super cool looking but a bit low, my brother and dad who are both over 6ft tall hit their heads on the lamp in the living room, the one over the kitchen table and the one over the master bedroom. Beyond that everything was PERFECT! great beach chairs and toys to use, amazing location, so close to the beach and shops and restaurant's! Having the two parking spots were clutch too! All around an incredible place! Also, go check out AVILA FARMS just down the street toward the hwy. super cute and fun to pick your own tomatoes and flowers, feed the animals and ride the tractor around the property! xo

Couldn’t ask for better access to shops, restaurants, activities and of course the beach. Shirt walk to everything yet felt private and comfortable. A bit hard to find at first but figured it out. Only two parking spots and no 24 hr parking near by made it a bit difficult for our group but it was nice to have dedicated garage parking. Very nice a condo, updated and clean. Would stay here again.

Lovely property, very convenient. Close to beach and to restaurants and SLO and Morro Bay. We loved the space and all the niceties this rental had to offer. The decor was really nice and comfortable.

Beautiful property with amazing comfort touches, touch open drawers. Wonderful bathrooms and very comfortable lounging and sleeping spaces. The place was so nice it was a pleasure to return from a short walk from the beach when we lounged at the beach for hours. It was a quick walk back to a comfy living space.

The condo was clean and absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed in the kitchen as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and laundry detergent. It was 1/2 block from the beach and a great location!

We enjoyed staying in this unit. It has great space, close to the beach, and walking distance to restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the condo very much. Great location. Close to beach and all the shops and restaurants. Bit of noise in the morning comes with the location (due to restaurant behind condo) but wasn't a big deal for us and the location outweighted that factor.The condo was very stylish and had a nice vibe!

This is TOP NOTCH accommodations in the most convenient location. High end decor and house upgrades. Well-stocked kitchen, beach supplies, and bathroom toiletries. Half block to the beach, restaurants and beverage tastings. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would LOVE to rebook whenever in the area. Thank you!!!

Loved the location of this property, right next to the beach. The property itself had great vibe, good furniture and amenities. We were 4 adults and 4 kids (including an infant) and had a great time there. The only issue I had was that the bedrooms other than the master bedroom were smaller than I expected. The mattresses in the smaller rooms could have been more firm.

This condo is decorated so beautifully. It made for a relaxing and joyful stay. Even better, the beach and shops are just a few steps away from the front door and condo courtyard. We also liked the two parking spaces that came with the condo. Would love to stay here again!
