Amazing view, easiest access to the beach of the entire property. Plan on staying there again.

We've stayed at Las Palomas several times, and I don't know that we'll be able to stay in another unit after getting spoiled with this one! We had four adults and three teenagers, and it was absolutely perfect. Our biggest decision every day was beach or pool. The host was extremely responsive to a couple of questions I posed during our stay. You really cannot beat the ground floor, corner location. We felt completely safe, and never had any concerns with people being able to access our unit. And there's no price you can put on not having to deal with the Las Palomas elevators! A few suggestions that are Las Palomas specific, and have nothing to do with the host - bring dishwasher pods, garbage bags, and a good sponge. Las Palomas is stingy with them, and it's easier to just have your own instead of requesting another pod every time you want to run the dishwasher! Book this unit - you won't regret it!

Condo was perfect, very accommodating for my family. I've been going to Las Palomas for about 10 years and the service from the staff at the front desk has gone downhill.
Jamie, the host of the condo has been great and very communicative. I will definitely rent from Jaime again in the future.

We were blown away by this condo. The stairs to the condo are steps away from the pool and the beach so it was easy to send our kids back up to the patio to grab a toy or see another family member. The ocean view was amazing, as we sat on the porch each night and watched the sunset. The kids loved the bunk bed room. Cannot recommend enough. We will be back!

Awesome location. Beautiful view. Unit needed some maintenance. Ice machine not working. Refrigerator took a while to cool. 50/50 keeping food cool for 5 days. Maintenance did check and ordered part. They provided a bag of ice. Las Palomas Quick to respond and evaluate. TV in one of master bedrooms. Room the first on left when entering unit was working 25% of time there. Front door needs some maintenance. Beds very comfortable in all rooms. Will definitely book this unit again. Family had a great time and appreciated quick responses on maintenance requests.

Easy access to the beach is great. Spacious and clean. We enjoyed our time with grandparents and a 2 year old.
Three bathrooms and so many rooms were awesome for a larger family vacation. We cooked and the kitchen had all the basics you need.
Stairs to access were not fun when with kids. I wish the hotel had more walkways vs stairs (like in Phase 2).

This property was great! We really enjoyed all the space that it provided inside with all the bedrooms and the huge table in the open area. We were there for a bachelor party and the space was perfect to just enjoy the ocean and a quick walk down to the pool without being right next to where everybody was. The ac worked great as well! I will also say the communication with the owner was top notch!

The location to the beach and pool are far superior to any condos we have been in before. Very , very spacious and the patio/deck are just phenomenal! We ate outside every evening and just enjoyed the views!

It was very nice. We enjoyed it a lot. Only thing was that the Condo was not ready at time of checking. And traveling with 2 year old twins we were expecting it to be ready. Everything else was perfect as always.

My sister and I and our families stayed here for a week. There were 9 of us and we felt like we had plenty of room. The location cannot be beat. You are literally steps away from the pools at the resort and the sandy beach. Gorgeous views from the spacious patio. We loved it and would highly recommend it!

Great place for large group with kids. Ocean views out each sliding glass door. Beds are comfy and couch pulls out to bed also. Very clean. Tub in one room did not work right and shower nozzle in one shower had loose screw, so we tightened it and it works now. Overall great place and host is easy and quick for communication.

The location was AMAZING, right on the beach, the condo is spacious and perfect for a large group, assuming you do not intend to cook in the kitchen. I had to purchase trash bags, dish soap, foil, etc. The items I expect to find within the condo.

The condo was great, amazing location, the place was dirty upon arrival, more the hotel fault than the owner, the hammock was a huge selling point for us but was not fictional, I texted the host but no answer. Overall great location but a little dated

We will definitely be back to this property! Super easy to walk right out to the pool or beach. Cute décor and very comfortable beds. Kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and utensils you would need. The maid service wasn't the best. But then again it rarely is no matter which unit you stay in. They didn't wipe down the kitchen or bathroom counters at all. Twice we had to go ask for more paper towels and toilet paper. Property manager always responded quickly to any questions or requests. Five stars!!!

Great layout. Some maintenance needed. Furniture better than in most condo's where we have stayed. Clean and neat. Handicapped access fairy good but not up to par at pool. View of the beach fabulous! Outstanding kitchen well equipped. TV's in every room. No games available for some. No salt and pepper...we brought our own anyway but fly in's wouldn't have it. Nice bath towels. Great bathrooms for every bedroom.

We had our wedding at Rocky Point this past week and this condo was perfect for everything we needed. The lazy river is being redone in this phase, but other than that everything was pretty good
