We traveled to Fayetteville for a wedding. Our recently college graduated son was a groomsman in one of his best friends wedding. We are tired of staying in cramped hotels and needed more room for the different activities. Kelly’s townhome was perfect! The place was very clean with comfortable beds. We had plenty of room to relax, spread out and have family/friends game night around the kitchen table. The neighborhood was quiet too.
We will certainly book again when we are in Fayetteville!

Upon arrival at this spotless VRBO, our host, Kelly, provided us with some delicious goodies and Razorback cups! The house is well appointed with everything we needed. The beds were also very comfortable! The location was perfect as it is located just minutes from the University of Arkansas. We will be back!! Thank you Kelly!

This property was perfect for me. The host (Kelly) is very customer centric and responds immediately. Being unfamiliar with the NWA area this was a bit far of a commute to Springdale and surrounding areas. That is on me though. The property is modern and comfortable also, the privacy of a private garage was really nice. Highly recommend staying here.

The property was so comfortable. We really enjoyed staying there. The beds were fabulous and the coffee bar was just what we needed. Also, it was nice to have a garage to park our cars in since they were packed with our daughter’s belongings.

This was our second stay and we loved it as much the second time around. This property is close to everything, the bike trail, the campus and every restaurant you could ever want to try. Communication with the host is top notch. Can’t ask for a better location and host in Fayetteville! We can’t wait to come back.

We were in town for a family wedding and needed a place to stay for three. Kelly was very responsive in our communications.The condo is super cute and well maintained. It appeared to be fairly new. We all agreed the mattresses were some of the best we've ever slept on.Be prepared to navigate stairs as this unit has three levels but this was not an issue for us. We would stay here again!

Excellent location in Fayetteville near absolutely everything. Easy access to the interstate for road trips all over NWA. The condo has all things needed for a fun stay. Kitchen stocked well, comfortable beds as well as seating areas. Communication was great. Highly recommend this location!

This was a perfect place for our week long stay in NWA. Close to U of A, and easy ti get anywhere in the area. Host is very nice and helpful. Condo is clean, comfy, and feels like home. Garage is great especially if you are bringing bikes. I will definitely stay here again.

Cycling vacation in Fayetteville
Excellent townhouse with an easy drive to downtown. The townhouse is very beautiful and is within walking distance to the World's Cyclocross course and MTB trails. Also, an easy drive to the start of great gravel riding courses. We would definitely stay there again! CAPT R. D. Wilson, USN (ret)
