The house is beautiful and the setting is breath taking. Set back from the road, the house doesn’t see traffic or anyone really. The back desk looks towards the mountains and an awesome sunrise. Deer wander through the backyard feeding in the late afternoon. The kitsches is well appointed and the beds are comfortable. This is a great place to hideaway for a few days and enjoy the mountains. It is a close walk to the Saturday night concerts in Eagles Nest. Highly recommend.

Perfect for our three families traveling with 7 kids four and under! Beautiful space, beautiful scenery and a great family friendly neighborhood.

The Eagle’s Landing home and property was perfect for our family group of ten which included three generations. The home is well equipped and cared for. The view of the mountains from the deck is gorgeous and relaxing. Nearby challenging hikes and the game room kept the teens highly entertained. We had several bear and bear cub sightings!

This house was amazing. No stone left unturned. The owner thought of every possible thing you may need during the stay . The kids had a great time !! Would definitely rent again !

We have stayed in many vacation homes from the Florida Keys to Breckenridge, and this one is at the top of the list of our most favorite homes we've stayed in!! Everything was as advertised and more! 3 families with a total of 8 of us, there was more than ample space. The bedrooms and living areas were spacious and super comfy. The 5 kids were in absolute heaven in the kids room with the two sets of bunkbeds and the bed with trundle. They all loved going to bed to a movie together, and then rolling out of bed in the morning to the game room. We all greatly enjoyed hiking through the backyard over to the Great Camp for some mini golf and fun times in the sports fields. Of course the best time was the day it snowed and we all had a blast skipping going skiing and staying home with some of us going out and playing in the snow on the property, and others just enjoying curling up on the large couch in front of the cozy fire place, watching the snow come down. Thank you to the owners for the use of such a wonderful vacation home! We hope to book again next year!

Just what we needed for fall break! Thank you for a wonderfully designed stay that was the perfect getaway that we didn't know was going to be so ....so perfect! No other word for it.

The property was beautiful and we loved staying there. The only issues were the arcade game did not work and the PlayStation 4 would not play the disk. Otherwise we would definitely stay there again. Great from couple since there are 3 rooms with kings beds and their own bathrooms.
