My family stayed here for 5 days. The unit was beautiful and clean. We had a great view of the draw bridge and the channel. The kids enjoyed the pool even though it was dated and in need of repair. The building boasts two guest laundry rooms, however none of the wash machines or dyers were working at the time of our stay. Had we been aware of this, we would’ve packed more clothes knowing we couldn’t do any wash. The staff was pleasant and helpful for the most part. Overall, a pleasant experience with minor inconveniences.

We have come to Charlevoix almost yearly and love to stay at the Edgewater. Love the location. Our first time in 358. It was very nice. Only complaint is we would have liked two more outdoor chairs. The unit accommodates 4 people but there are only 2 outdoor chairs!? Even fold up chairs. Carpet is pretty dated as well. Sky light is a popular bird landing spot in the upstairs bedroom. Kind of gross. Minor things but overall very nice.

The Edgewater has always been the perfect location for our family. We love being right in town and walking distance to pretty much everything. This unit in particular (358) is in need of an update to modern finishes but was plenty nice and clean for our purposes. Staff was on hand and helpful when needed. Didn't use any property amenities (pool, etc).

The location was perfect withe beautiful views. The lower bedroom was dark and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The upper room was spacious and comfortable but very noisy from the skylight.

Great place to stay. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. 358 is a nice place, a little close to the bridge so the cars can be a little noisy but top notch place. The pictures made it seem like there were 2 beds in one room but that was a mirror in the room that made it look that way.
