We loved our stay and would stay again! Craig and Beth were very responsive and communicated all details in a timely manner. This was the best Vrbo experience we have had!

Property is a short 30 min drive to Zion National Park which is the reason for our booking. The house was very accommodating for 7 adults with nice size bedrooms and ample number of bathrooms. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with essentials (soap shampoo linens kitchen utensils coffee coffee filters seasonings etc). Highly recommend the property if you are coming to the Zion area.

We stayed here with our 3 adult children and their partners. Location is great to Zion National Park. House was set up well, stocked with everything we needed.We enjoyed the firepit and hot tub every night. Lots of room to spread out. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely stay again

The home was a perfect place for our family to gather to celebrate Thanksgiving. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for a nice weekend together. We were all comfortable and the location was easy to find with nice scenic options nearby. Thank you for opening your home to our family!

Very nice place….super family friendly. They are very welled stocked with everything that made our stay more enjoyable….plenty of dishes, pans, bowls, a high chair and a pack and play to name a few. My family enjoyed putting together one of their puzzles, playing ping pong and foose ball, sitting around the fire pit, enjoying the hot tub and running through the cutest fire hydrant sprinkler. The house was clean and comfortable. Our family had their own rooms for privacy. It’s a beautiful home inside and out. The view of the Virgin River in the back yard was also beautiful. We spent some time in Zions National Park which is about 30 minutes away. Thank you Craig and Beth for going out of your way to insure we had an enjoyable, memory filled time at your place!!

The house did not disappoint. In fact it exceeded our expectations! We were a family group of adults, grown children and their partners. 5 out the 8 in our group are 6 feet or taller. We had so much space! Everyone was comfortable. The house had great beds and every pair had their own bathroom. The 2 kitchens were fabulous for getting around and out the door early in the morning. We used the foosball table and hot tub. Because we spent so much time in Bryce and Zion we did not spend time at the house during the day. We all wish we had padded in a day or two of rest just to enjoy the home. 2 of us had to do a bit of remote work and the wifi was excellent. The home had so much to offer, we over purchased at a Sams club in Vegas before arrival. There is a Walmart not far in Hurricane that we should have waited to pick up things for our stay. It was especially nice to have extra parking room for 3 full size suv's. We are all talking about returning and staying here again. The owners always answered our questions promptly and went above and beyond to make our stay a restful and relaxing retreat.

This probably is fantastic and offered so much value. We had eight people, all family and many of us hadn’t seen each other in a long time. The house layout, number of bedrooms, the ping pong table, the hot tub and everything else included gave us a great place to hang out after hiking. Proximity to Zion was perfect at just 20 minutes away. Craig and Beth sent great communication for checking in and out and were quick to respond when I messaged them. Highly recommend!

We rented this property for a girls trip. It was perfect!! So beautiful and clean and I believe the most well equipped house I have ever stayed in. We wanted for nothing and loved hanging out there. The location was perfect for us. We had something planned everyday and the drive to get everywhere was great. Paddle Boarding at Quail Creek State Park, Hiking the Narrows at Zion, UTV tour at Hurricane Sand Dunes, A day trip to Bryce Canyon and a visit to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Each day we were so happy to have a beautiful place to come back to. Great communication with the owners. Check in and out was a peice of cake.

We enjoyed our week stay! 10 adults and one 16 mo were very comfortable. Each couple had their own bathroom. We loved the outdoor patio area - and spent all our evenings out there Star gazing and talking. It was close to grocery stores and a great coffee shop and about 25 mins from Zion.

We were there for three night and it was amazing! Four couples, each having our own bathroom! Great views, lots of nice relaxing space inside and outside. I would definitely go there again!

This property was simply perfect and had everything that we needed for our stay and then some! We have already referred two other friends to stay! The hosts were great and the property was a very simple and short drive to Zion! Highly recommend this property for your next stay!!!

Fantastic location with incredible views and access to everywhere we wanted to go! Home was immaculate and move-in ready with every amenity and forgotten toiletry imaginable and available for our large group. Very spacious with a lot of extra touches that really made our stay easy and that much more enjoyable! Great for kids! Hosts were easy to reach and communicated exceptionally well. No complaints by our crew - would definitely stay here again!

I definitely recommend staying here. The house was extremely clean inside and out. The view was amazing. The owners kept in contact and would respond quickly to any questions I had. I will be staying here again whenever I need a vacation home in this area.

Loved everything about this place! The pictures and web description sold me on it, but seeing it in person, it was somehow even better than I hoped. Very spacious home with fully stocked kitchen and so many details had clearly been thoughtfully considered. Communication with host was quick and thorough! Can't wait to return!

We rented this property for a large extended family trip to nearby national parks. This house was absolutely dreamy. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING you could possibly need for several days away from home. Our kids enjoyed all the outside activities. The adults found a nice, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Plenty of bedrooms, plenty of toilets, great view, so relaxing. Don’t miss the nearby coffee shop for a fantastic breakfast - best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever eaten. The owners and hosts are real people. They obviously take pride in their home. The are friendly and communicative. Thanks for a great week!!

Super nice house, beds very comfortable, lots of bedrooms. Backyard is great with a fire pit and hot tub, would definitely rent again!

This house was awesome! 30 mins to Zion, 2.5 hours to Bryce. Beds were so comfortable - really the whole house was. Everything you might need was provided (hand soap, paper towel, shampoo, salt/pepper, so many extra blankets, etc etc etc). We did a grocery order to Walmart and we’re able to cook at the house, and we also took advantage of the nearby restaurants. Hosts had wonderful communication and were very kind. We didn’t have good enough weather to use the amenities in the yard, but they seemed great. And - the fact that there were so many bedrooms/bathrooms, as well as two fully stocked living/kitchen areas meant we could have some alone time from the family we were traveling with ;). Highly recommend!!

The property is beautiful, the home is cozy & spacious. Centrally located between many things to do. I would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of space for us all to unwind after hiking in Zion. Hot tub after hiking miles was an added bonus. Everything was clean and there were plenty of extra blankets for lounging. We had all we needed to cook meals at the house. Overall very pleasant stay.

My kids didn't want to come home! We had more fun at this home than any other place we've ever stayed in Southern Utah. Our favorite features were the hot tub, view of the canyon and big comfortable beds. We're excited to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the splash pad. But this home has so much to offer in the winter too. It was so clean and had everything we needed for a great time.

we stayed december 2 and 3rd. The home is great!! the view is so nice. The home seemed new and was well stocked. The beds were all so comfortable. I loved the ping pong and foosball in the garage. the balcony overlooks the virgin river and there is a new bridge and walkway down there.

This home was great for a large group. We had plenty of space to spend our time and did not feel crammed as it sometime feels with multi-family vacations. The view from the property was amazing and the neighborhood felt safe. It was very clean and the hosts were great with their communication. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Are extended family stayed here and the house was very clean and spacious, plenty of room for everyone,peaceful and quiet neighborhood with great mountain views. The hot tub was great after a long day hiking . This place is close to many different restaurants and has everything you need for cooking meals with two spacious kitchen's. So much do to do around the area in a 30 minute drive weather you like hiking, four wheeling, mountain biking, or just scenic drives. We all had something for the family here and would love to be back. I recommend staying here Craig and Beth were great hosts.

We enjoyed our stay here! The home is stocked with EVERYTHING we needed throughout our trip. And, we took full advantage of all of the outdoor space including the Hot Tub. The location is fantastic! Only 20 minutes away from Zion / Springdale and 2 hours away from Bryce! Thanks for letting us stay at your wonderful home!

This house was amazing the owner leaves everything for you to use including extra bath products and a few pantry items. Views and hikes around this house were awesome I highly recommend staying here. Close to Zion. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Eat at River Rock and Stage Coach great food!

Our stay at the Virgin River Cliff House was the best rental experience we have ever had. The house was clean and perfect! The views were just incredible. The amenities were wonderful (hot tub, splash pad, fire pit, and back yard patio). The value that you get in this property is second to none! We will continue to use this property for any events that we participate in when in the St. George area. Our location was perfect for our trip to Zion National Park and we were a short drive from the entrance! We are so excited to return soon!
