After paying over $700.00 for a two night stay (watch out for the piling on of fees and taxes), the wifi didn't work, the fireplace didn't work, there were bugs in the light fixtures, and some of the light fixtures in the bathroom didn't even have light bulds. But what really irked us was there was not coffee. For $700.00+ there should be some coffee and condiments for the guess. Oh, and anytime you're on the 1st floor, your get to listen the neighbor's dog bark constantly. Never again.

The location of the house was very convenient to everything downtown Clayton has to offer. The house was clean and well stocked. Will stay here again.

The property was great and booked with Vacasa and I noticed a charge from VRBO for 93.00. Why !?

Bed sheets in master bedroom had not been washed. Unit had not been recently cleaned. Toliets were dirty, bathroom had hair on floor.

This was a beautiful townhouse in the heart of Clayton! A must stay!

This townhome is in a perfect location to enjoy the restaurants and shops in Clayton, GA. Step right outside your front door and you have arrived! There are many wonderful shops and restaurants within just a minute or two of walking. While you are in the heart of "downtown", it is still quiet and not overcrowded. I was only there for a brief stay but my teenage daughter and I enjoyed shopping, eating, going to a movie theatre, going to a drive-in movie, and driving up scenic Black Rock Mountain for the views. Oh and the grocery store is within minutes as well. The unit was clean and comfortable too!

My granddaughter and I had a lovely stay at this cool new condo. Very well laid out, well appointed and clean. Walking distance to eateries and shopping. Kitchen had all necessities. My only recommendation for the owner… invest in quality bed linen. Luxury hotel sheets and (washable) duvet cover would have been the icing on the cake. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and very cozy. The town was a short walk away with cute restaurants. I would definitely return!

Cute place, well decorated but unfortunately there were some serious issues. The fire alarm was malfunctioning from the minute we arrived. It was never fixed properly and went off throughout the night waking us up. The second bedroom was advertised as a queen size but it is a full size and made it uncomfortable for our guests. The view is terrible. An abundance of liter all over the back with an abandoned 18 wheeler directly out the back door. There’s an access road just past the trash….Mountain View is way off in the distance past the cell tower. The check out time of 10am is extremely early especially based on the nightly rate. Overall the unit is overpriced for what you get.

Very clean and appealing place. The taxes, cleaning, and service fees were just way too much.

We travel to Rabun county often to visit our children and friends and needed a place last weekend on short notice. The townhouse location was perfect, right in town.
