The house and setting was beautiful. It was appointed with every amenity you could think of making it very relaxing. We officially felt like we were on vacation the minute we walked through the door.

The place was clean and extremely thoughtfully well-appointed (had everything we needed for meals and hanging out). Communication with the manager was easy and responsive. The hot tub / pool, view, and outdoor area were perfect for chilling. Close to amenities, Kona proper, and easy highway access for the rest of the island. We would highly recommend this place!

We have rented quite a few houses over the years, and this property was by far the most clean and updated property we have ever visited. Perfect location, wonderful views and landscaping, new appliances, great living space, and comfortable beds. We really like the ability to basically open up the backside of the house to the pool to make for a great space to hang out after a full day of activities. The location is a very easy drive to Kona and many different beaches and restaurants. If we ever get the opportunity to visit the Big Island again, we would happily rent this property again. Thanks for a great vacation!!

The pool and hot tub were great - my son loved swimming around in the pool in the afternoon.
The lanai was great and we ate most of our meals here.
The house is also in a good location - it's about 15 minutes to downtown Kona and a 40 minute drive in the morning to the harbor if you're going diving.
It's also an easy walk down to the Outrigger (it used to be the Sheraton) and the boat ramp there.
The one downside is that the house backs onto a golf course and they are frequently cutting the grass early in the morning (between 6 and 6:30 am most days we were there). My husband slept through it, but it often woke me up.
