Wonderful vacation at a wonderful place!

Perfect location for us. No direct Sun on the balcony was nice for us to sit during the day. Flor-Hama wasn’t real loud next door to cause any issues.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at 717 Phoenix X. The location, proximity to beach, access to local amenities and condo were great. For the price, it was disappointingly dirty when we checked in. The floors throughout had clearly not been cleaned (hair on floors, in tubs, on toilets, etc). Because we had a full kitchen we came prepared to have most meals at the condo but found very few utensils, broken kitchen scissors, extremely dull knives and no cleaning supplies. There’s a swiffer but no pads and nothing to clean counters which wasn’t noted in the packing instructions. We would love to stay again because the beach is awesome but would prefer a cleaner more well-appointed condo for the price. Overall it was spacious, nicely decorated and the view from the balcony can’t be beat.

Very clean, large balcony, easy to load and unload, next door to florabama

Condo was very nice. Toilet needed repair and property manager had someone there in 2 hours. I have stayed at Phoenix X before.

This is a great property! We stayed for a week in April, Our 4th time to Orange Beach but the first time with this property. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed being right next to the parking ramp and having neighbors on only one side. The view from the balcony was amazing. We come back every year and will definitly choose this property again next year!

Everything was absolutely perfect from the decor, the location, the view, the ease of reservations, parking, etc. Walking distance to Floribama. Will definitely book again!

My husband and friends come every year to Phoenix X for the past 10 years, this condo is definitely one of our favorites and will book again. Everything is super clean and updated. Love the location and the views were amazing. Can’t wait to return. Pmarley

Very clean and easy assessable

Condo is nice and was clean. There were 4 of us traveling and condo was the perfect size. Beds and other furniture was comfortable. Cleaning smell was strong but dissipated after a day or two. Decor was cute. Loved the balcony. We sat out there every morning and evening. Within walking distance of Flora Bama. Beach and pool were both nice.

The unit was a great location and could house a lot of people. The sheets on the two twin beds were stained so that wasn’t great, but overall the stay was good.

Great property. Fit all of our needs

Property itself was nice. We had to call several times because of no internet, only to find out that this has been reported many times and nothing is done about it. May as well say no internet on the description. Elevators were really loud, but we understand that can’t be helped. Parking was great. Staff very friendly, rubber on oven needs to be replaced, lamp by the couch and deck needs to have Switch replaced. Just goes round and round. We had to unplug it to turn it off and plug it back in to turn it on. Would be nice if owners had the same rules as the renters. There was a couple below us and 1 condo over who were smoking cigars and cigarettes and it was so strong that we couldn’t even be on our deck when they were outside. Chairs in master bedroom were pretty uncomfortable. All the beds were awesome. Very comfy.

Lets’s start with the good. Condo was clean, nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Loved having the parking garage on the same floor as the condo. It made unloading luggage, groceries, and everything else very convenient. Didn’t have blankets for the bedrooms and when I contacted the management company they brought some within 2 hours. But, there were negatives to the unit. The elevators were right outside the unit and you heard them in the back bedrooms. Being that most occupants were older, there wasn’t a lot of activity after 11:00, but I can’t imagine what it would be like in the summer. Sounded like planes taking off each time it was used. We also had issues with the internet. We contacted the company serving the building. They rebooted and sent a technician out, but still couldn’t get internet service on my iPad or iPhone unless I was in one of the front bedrooms (where the router was located). The technician said the apartment needed to be rewired.
