Loved the property & all of the details Jenna put into it. Hands down one of the best places we have stayed at. Wish I could hire Jenna to do my own interior decorating. I loved her style. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. We loved the pool & were able to use the Blackstone grill one night for burgers to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Jenna was very responsive to any issues / questions we had. I would definitely stay there again & would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks!

Wonderful apartment in a great location. My wife and I throughly enjoyed the accommodations and pool/hot tub area.

We spent a girls week at this location with me, my sister and adult daughter. Spent the morning hanging out by the pool then a short drive to the Stockyards in the afternoon for dinner, horseback riding, shopping, watching the cattle run, and seeing our first rodeo. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. All linens supplied as well as towels for pool, shampoo and conditioner, soap and a basket of extras under the sink in case you forget your toothbrush, deoderant, razor, cream, etc…. I was able to do laundry to refresh our clothes for the end of the week. Jenna was easy to contact with questions and quick replies.

My husband and I felt right at home from the moment we stepped into this charming place! Thank you Jenna and Ty for offering such a clean and restful home away from home and your wonderful hospitality! Centrally located, we enjoyed visiting friends in Fortworth, the Stockyards and Jenna and Ty's reccomendation of Provender Hall for dinner! With a cool week in the area, we especially appreciated the porch over the pool that we could sip our coffee on while wrapped in a blanket and the spa!! And, we have to mention the amazing bed! Great night sleep was had and especially appreciated after a busy conference! Thank you two for all the goodies too-we had our friends over before going to a store, but Jenna and Ty's amenities even allowed us to offer something to drink! Hope to be back next Spring!!

This property was the perfect place for a long weekend in Fort Worth. Super clean, kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and bed and bathroom are a nice size. Great place to stay and extremely comfortable living area!!

This property was a great base camp for our weekend of museums, restaurants and gardens in the Cultural District. The property was comfortable and clean, so we were able to quickly settle in.

Enjoyed three days staying Has its own garage, very comfortable Towels and robes for hot tub provided And if you forgot anything just ask… then look near the hot tub side. Would recommend

my girlfriends and i booked a weekend here and did not want to leave. the host was amazing and we fell in love with the property i am very much a decor snob lol and this place blew me away. every detail was so cool! jenna's taste and creativity are so unique and fun! we sat on the patio and drank coffee and took in the gorgeous backyard. we went to the stockyards both nights and it is not far at all! we will definitely be back! thank you so much jenna. thank you for sharing your artsy talent and cozy but beautiful property. it was beyond perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend! The accommodations were perfect for us. There were 3 of us sharing the space. This cozy a place provided all of the space & amenities we needed! It was conveniently located and safe and easy to come and go as needed. The property owners were prompt & courteous in responding to any questions!

The Style Studio is a 5 + star home to book for your next get away! As a fellow VRBO property owner I have very high standards on the places that I rent and Jenna has gone above and beyond to make her guest feel welcomed before even stepping foot on the property. The home was very clean, had everything you could ever need plus more, and the bed was super comfortable. Don’t forget to go check out her store that is just a couple miles away…. Winton and Waits! I got a lot of my Christmas shopping done and everything in there is adorable! I will be back :) I Will definitely stay here again if we plan another get away down in Ft Worth! Enjoyed our stay. Compliments to Jenna for going out of her way to ensure our satisfaction. We did have a fluke with Wi-Fi initially but Jenna made sure issue got resolved quickly and was even willing to let us use her home for access. Says a lot. Great stay!!

My wife my daughter and myself enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The pool area is perfect tranquil and peaceful. The studio loft is cozy and has plenty of amenities. I stayed at Style Studio for 2 nights while moving my son into TCU. This guesthouse is exceptional. The location was wonderful -close to campus and also to a lovely boutique area of Fort Worth. It was excellent to have use of the garage to park a car. The guesthouse is breathtaking. Open concept stocked kitchen with a huge sectional and large tv. Off the kitchen was a sweet balcony overlooking the backyard and pool-perfect for morning coffee. And talking about coffee-there was a pound of beans and various appliances/devices to brew coffee-plus sweetener and creamer. The bathroom was spotless and had bath amenities galore. Plus the lighting was fantastic for putting on makeup. The bedroom was gorgeous. I loved the windows over the bed. And the wall decor was super cute. The king bed was excellent and there were a selection of pillows. The sheets were high end and super soft. There is a twin bed and also I believe a king size pull out bed-but I was here solo. Jenna gave expert directions and was available to help with anything. I was unable to take advantage of the beautiful pool and hot tub-I was busy busy. This guesthouse is usually booked so I was thrilled to be able to stay during this time. I’d stay here every time in Fort Worth if I could. Jenna and Ty are fabulous hosts. Thank you for the amazing stay.

Beautifully decorated , very comfortable, well stocked. We enjoyed the pool very much. This rental is close to Magnolia and Main Street both of which are adorable and filled with delicious restaurants and coffee shops. Jenna left no detail undone and was an outstanding host. We will be back!

Perfect for a pair to getaway. Private and beautiful backyard. The perfect size studio with everything you need. A 10min car drive to downtown, close to anything you'd want to visit in Ft Worth really. We loved this relaxing stay.

This property was beautiful with luxurious amenities. Jenna has thoughtfully anticipated whatever you could possibly need and has it there for her guests use. The guest house is uniquely decorated in high end luxury, with a bit of rustic whimsy with all living spaces being upstairs. The outdoor space was so relaxing and peaceful and had everything you could possibly need for you and your guests. I would highly recommend a stay at this property.

The hosts of this property were born to do this!! We had a week to spend with friends and family back home in FW. We arrived and immediately felt at home. Every single detail was thought out and executed perfectly, but not in a stuffy “I’m scared to touch anything” way. Forgot your toothpaste? No problem, there’s a whole assortment of sundries in the bathroom. Any time we had a question, the hosts responded instantly. It’s convenient to downtown, Magnolia St, South Main, Dickies Arena, and I30. Adorable, homey, and spotless! We will be back again and again!! Thank you so much Jenna and Ty!
