We were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Only suggestions is we didn’t know WiFi password, a floor mirror would be nice for us ladies, maybe an extra roll of toilet paper and a sponge to wash dishes. Other than that, the location was perfect, owners were very friendly and we would definitely stay there again!

A visit to Beaufort, NC, should include a stay at this wonderful little cottage! It has everything that you will need, and it is also creatively and lovingly decorated. The little kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed 2 homemade scones that were left on the table. And Google Assistant was even there to give us information about the area when we needed it! Our hosts, Wendell and Dawn, were there to assist if we needed anything at all. Thank you! And the property that the cottage is on, along with the main house, is beautiful! If you ever want to spend some time exploring Beaufort and the surrounding area, you won't regret staying at this gem of a cottage!! Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay here while in Beaufort! Wendell and his wife are wonderful hosts. The place is very clean and well kept. It was the perfect space for two people. It’s a beautiful walk along the water to the shops and restaurants on Front St (took us about 20 mins). Had everything we needed for a comfortable three day stay. Absolutely nothing negative to say and would happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic time for our stay in Beaufort - the rental was perfect for the 2 of us. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was really nice (you don't always get great showers in rentals!). It was an easy and pretty walk into town on Front Street along the water from the rental. There are so many things to do in the surrounding area too - and everything was easy to get to from the rental. I highly recommend this place - we will be back!!

Mr. Wendell is a great person. Very nice and pleasant to work with. He made us feel like the most important people there. We will definitely be staying there again. Also, his place is by far the cleanest and with a HOME felt atmosphere. Thank you Mr. Wendell.

This place was attractively decorated, thorough in providing everything a couple might need for a short stay, including K cup coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, electric fryer. The bed was very comfortable. The other furniture was well placed for watching tv or just reading.

Excellent trip to Beaufort and a lovely, comfortable and well equipped cottage in a peaceful setting. I enjoyed my stay and hope to return. I had everything I needed only didn't find a hair dryer (but one wasn't listed in the add). The property is very appealing and an excellent choice overall.

This beautiful bungalow exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and the area is beautiful. The property is within walking distance of downtown Beaufort shops and restaurants. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

The property is a very clean, very air conditioned, location with great access to all you want to do in and around Beaufort. With a quick, less than a mile, bike ride to the Beaufort downtown waterfront we had plenty to do during our stay. Wendell was very accommodating and responded quickly via text message to our queries. I really enjoyed staying here and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

We had a great time staying here for a weekend trip to the coast. It was an easy drive to beaches and local attractions. In the evenings, it was just a short walk to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay (well stocked kitchenette, towels, bedding.)

This property is as nice or nicer than it looks in the photos. The house has lots of extras like kitchen items, silverware, coffee maker and a mini fridge that was great to keep our groceries fresh. Very well kept and Wendell is very hospitable. The location is within walking distance of historic downtown. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Beaufort.

Conveniently located to downtown and the boat ramp. Accurate description of property along with boat parking/wash down. Wendell was helpful to resolve Wi-Fi and TV
issues when we arrived. We would recommend this property to people who just wants a simple place to stay and can accommodate boat parking. Wendell also let us use his grill to cook two meals on. We will book this one again next time we visit Beaufort.

Property is very very nice and was very clean. We had coffee on the front porch in the mornings. We walked downtown and enjoyed all the benefits Beaufort had to offer.

This cottage is perfect for your stay in Beaufort. It's completely stocked with everything you will need and beautifully decorated, furnished, and has some high quality unique architectural details. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. I brought my kayak, and they allowed me to store it by the cottage. They even let me use their water hose to rinse the salt off after I paddled. Definitely a really nice place for a couple to stay.

This guest cottage is beautiful! The cottage was situated behind the main house on the property but still felt very private. It was within walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. It was very clean and well cared for. We will definitely stay here again when in Beaufort or the surrounding area.
