This rental is convenient, clean, and full of lovely touches. We came back a second time because it is so perfect for our visits - close to the ocean, near walking trails and Moonlight Beach, it has plenty of space, and is in a quiet neighborhood.

We absolutely loved this rental and would be thrilled to stay here again sometime! The place was very clean, wonderfully decorated and had the best deck view of coastal Encinitas! They really thought of everything and we wanted for nothing. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids (10 & 12) and it was a great size for us all! Thank you for making our San Diego stay memorable!

The location, layout, and outdoor deck with a view of the ocean and extraordinary evening sunsets were spectacular. The decor is inviting and uplifting! I will definitely be back to visit.

Property is spot on from description. 10min walk from Swami's/main drag in Encinitas. Located half way up the block on a steep hill which is doable with a stroller or you can go up to Cornish then come down. Also extremely close to a wonderful park 1/2 a block down as well. Property management was super responsive and the actual owners live in the unit below. If you have younger kids, there is a flight of stairs to get up and down to the unit which wasn't a deal-breaker but just be thoughtful if your little ones aren't walking. Clean and upgraded unit. Garage was advertised as having two spots but half of it was partitioned off, not sure why so we had to park our car outside which isn't a big deal but it was pretty hot the week we were in town. We'd stay here again no problem!

Stay was perfect for us. Two friends in our seventies. Great area and nice restaurant ‘s. Very well equipt. Should be aware it is on a second floor. Stairs a little narrow and steep. Ok for us. We had a lot of luggage so left some downstairs in a nice garage where laundry is. Just brought what we needed up. Would definitely reccomd. Hope to stay again in the future

This property is a must. My family of 4 spent our time exploring up and down the coast, love the grill on the large patio and the canopy cover seating with the gas fire place, excellent touch after spending days at the beach and the fair. Conveniently located not too get away from a grocery store to pack the fridge and close to the freeway. Definitely enjoyed our stay and all the amenities were top notch, thank you again

My family enjoyed staying in this duplex and had all the amenities needed. Very good location. Commute train does run through parts of the night and morning and was a damp smell in the home, stains on furniture but still a great rental and host was aware of this.

Ocean view from a "rooftop deck", enough said! This is a really great property with a convenient location. It has a big, modern, well supplied, kitchen. There is also a comfy living room, with plenty of room for everyone to lounge. Having 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms was luxurious. The decor is chic, casual, and fun. Overall, the place just has great vibes! There is 1 full flight of stairs to get to the front door, but all the rest is one level.

Bright, clean property close to beach and restaurants. Nice open kitchen and lounge space, outdoor patio with views. Comfy beds and modern, updated bathrooms. Very easy place to stay. Photos are true to what the unit offers. Property group has great communication.

Great location for us to visit family and friends. Place had everything we needed and very cozy. Beautiful view. Wish we could have enjoyed the deck more but the rain wouldn't cooperate!

My husband, son, and I rented this property for a week to escape the desert heat. It was everything expected and more. Here is a list of things we loved: - hosts were so friendly! - house was very clean - the open concept so we could cook while watching our son play. - the beds were comfortable - plenty of space - the outdoor space was great! We spend 80% of our time out there. - location is walking distance to a park and downtown. Only cons: - I wish it was a little closer to the beach. It’s walking distance but with all the stuff we have for our toddler it makes it too long to walk. -the comfiest king bed ever was actually 2 twin adjustable beds which could be a pro for some but I move a lot and found myself in the middle of the 2 beds through the night. We loved loved loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Look no further - this place is a 10+. It is a new build, modern with excellent furnishings and appliances, 1/2 block to the beach. The roof-top deck has 360 degree views with a sunrise and a sunset every day!! Host is extremely communicative, but you really do not need to speak with him, as everything is perfect! We will be returning

Family of 4 had a great stay here. Close to beaches and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and well decorated. We enjoyed sunsets on the large patio deck. We highly recommend staying here.

Loved this property. Fantastic location with all of Encinitas’ shops, restaurants, and beaches a walkable distance. Beautiful large deck overlooking the ocean and sunsets. Comfortable beds and well thought out amenities and conveniences, from coffee and pantry staples, to houseware and cleaning supplies. We barely had to shop for anything. The train noise was manageable- with closed windows and white noise machines overnight, we were fine. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time at this property! We enjoyed the deck. And the location was perfect to visit all the cute beach towns nearby. Nick was very helpful and attentive. This property had a very easy check in and check out process. We would definantly stay here again.

Not much more to add to the existing 5-star reviews - they say it all! Great rental property! You will hear the train both day and night, which is mentioned in multiple reviews. Not a deal-breaker for this place as all the positives outweigh this minor inconvenience.

Check in information was clear and easy. The place was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to town and beach was great. Being able to watch the sunset was really nice.

This property worked well for our family of five adults. There was ample room for all and the rooftop deck was utilized often. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and refreshments in the evening watching the sunset. Natalie was very responsive to our needs and communicated openly regarding the property. There is a train that runs by during the day but I found that it did not bother our sleep. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location is very convenient to walk into town, stroll the rail trail, or drive to the nearest grocery store. When in Encinitas we would definitely stay here again. Many thanks!

This was by far the BEST accommodations we have ever found in Encinitas! Kitchen was stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, cookware etc! The outside space…AMAZING! Natalie and Jack were super sweet and accommodating. However we didn’t need anything because they thought of EVERYTHING! We will definitely be back!

First time staying at a VRBO and loved it! Plenty of space and good location. Had to get used to the train noise but still a great spot and happy we stayed here. Great deck and view. Loved Encinitas!

Very well appointed house. Clean, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, helpful homeowner, great roof top deck. Only downside is it is close to the train tracks.

Honestly we can’t say enough about The property. It was just the right size for us. Nice open feel. The kitchen was easy to use for cooking meals or it’s a short walk to town to grab something out. The deck is great and had a lovely view for sunsets. Swami beach is a short walk away and less crowded than other more popular beaches. We plan to go back. We felt like we found a hidden gem. Also Natalie was welcoming. She was very responsive to our questions before we booked, then after we booked and again when we were at the property. We hope to visit again.
