The townhouse is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The location is quiet and you can walk across to the golf club, Pickleball and tennis courts and swimming pool. A private hot tub is on the deck. It is a short easy drive to the Sun Valley Lodge and Village and Pavillion, and into Ketchum. Tim is a very responsive host and checked in to see if all was OK and whether we needed anything. The central a/c is a plus in the summer. We highly recommend!!

Tim was an excellent host! The place was immaculate and perfect spot on the golf course. Definitely take advantage of the hot tub. Highly recommend!

The townhouse is beautiful and well appointed. Everything was spotless. The location in Elkhorn next to the golf club, pool, and tennis courts was great. We enjoyed the walking and biking trails throughout the neighborhood. It is a quick drive to Sun Valley/Ketchum. The hot tub on the back porch and views of the first fairway were a plus. Tim is a great host. Thanks so much. We would love to come back.

Great layout for multiple couples/families. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom! Easy to work from home in the 4th floor study. Overall a great experience!

The home was very beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Nice hot tub. Every amenity you can think of provided. Immaculate. Quiet.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful Elkhorn townhome. The furnishings and decor are beautiful; you truly feel like you are staying as a guest in someone's private home vs a standard rental. The kitchen and household supplies are well-stocked and equipped (which is also not always the case in a standard rental!). The bonus is the private hot tub on the back deck. Tim, the owner, is extremely easy to communicate with and always makes sure we have everything we need. We have already booked the same home for our visit to Sun Valley this summer. This townhome is a real treat for anyone who gets to stay there!

The unit is very nice. Beautiful artwork and many beautiful antiques. The view of snow out the back was lovely. Tim answered every question really fast. The property manager was a help when the smoke alarm started to chirp and was on a high vaulted ceiling. The skiing was amazing with tons of snow. The unit is in a great location to the Sun Valley Lodge, the town, and the slopes. Very close to Dollar Mtn. Perfect for our Ski Adventure!

Such a gorgeous home. Extremely well appointed and fully stocked with all kitchen and bath items. Owner was an excellent communicator and printed property guide was great. Elkhorn location was excellent with quick access to dollar and bald mountains and Sunvalley resort. Hope to come back again.

We have rented in SV for 50 years - both summer and winter. This condo was by far the best we ever experienced - it was presented accurately and completely furnished from the kitchen utensils to the artwork. We will hopefully stay there again.

Everything was perfect except for the bedroom TVs. We could not get them to work. Family room TV was fine.

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at this Elkhorn home. We have been renting homes throughout the SV area for about 10 years and this home was by far our favorite. So much in fact that we are planning on returning over the winter for ski season. It is beautifully decorated, in a great location and has everything you might need. Since we were here for a longer stay, I appreciated the very well-equipped kitchen. The kids loved being right across the street from the Elkhorn pool and tennis courts and steps away from the bike path. Tim, the owner, was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay and helped us arrange a mid-stay cleaning with his housekeeper. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Perfect location, great community and beautiful home. Very kind hosts and an incredibly equipped kitchen. Loved the hot tub and the architectural digest interiors. Great time and hope to return in the winter!
