This property is in a great location. Beautiful view of the water and very short walking distance to downtown. The quality of the remodeling job was high quality and tastefully done. The only drawback is these unit do not have a washer and dryer in the unit. I highly recommend this property.

We have family in the area and we weren’t able to stay at our normal place. I booked this literally 3 days before we went and let’s just say it’s going to be our new place. Staff was super friendly, room was extremely clean, view was beautiful, & the hot tub and sauna were a huge plus. We will definitely be staying again.

My wife and I had a delightful time visiting the shops in Charlevoix and Petoskey. The ladies at Edgewater Inn suggested a few places for breakfast that were fabulous. The accommodations were very nice. We stayed in a condo in the water with a terrific view of the bay. We plan to return next year for another visit.

Loved the view of the harbor! The condo was in excellent condition with a comfortable bed and nice kitchen. Enjoyed walking the downtown shops.Only issues were the pool was closed due to a new boiler being installed. The hot tub jets were also not working properly.

The unit was beautifully decorated and conveniently located. The view of the was great. Two suggestions: the tv in the living room didn't work with the remote that was with it.The other is an alarm clock in the brdroom.

Very convenient waterfront basic hotel with pool. Clean but needs renovation, especially lobby, hallways, room carpets, room drapes, and room AC. Wonderful third floor breakfast room was closed due to “lack of staff” but good breakfast spot directly across road with discounted coupons from hotel. Note there are NO towel bars or hooks in the bathroom so after showers was messy.Only issue was the confirmation call from a Blocked number with NO Caller ID which I did not answer due to spam flag on iPhone. Fortunately before I deleted voicemail, I heard request to call hotel back to confirm stay. The person I spoke with was NOT interested in the spam type reach out call and said my prepaid room would have been cancelled if I had not called back. The check in person also had zero interest in the blocked hotel caller number and ID. Fortunately, when I bought Mackinac ferry tickets, that person was interested to assist, said she knew about the issue and would talk to their IT person. Beware so you are not cancelled.

We rented 3 ground floor condos for a long weekend, 102, 103, and 104. Our condo, #102, was freshly remodeled, in great condition and had new furniture and a very comfortable bed. Everything was very dusty when we arrived, and in general the cleaning staff left something to be desired. At one point all 3 condos lost hot water for most of one day, it was eventually fixed. And our daughters condo, #104, developed a leak from above the bedroom ceiling on our last morning, water poured in from above, soaking our 3 year old granddaughter and the bed.The location is beautiful and in a great spot, but the building is lacking in the maintenance and front desk areas.

Very impressed with this unit, updated & comfortable yet cozy. If only the weather had cooperated, we could have sat on the patio for hours just taking in the wonderful lake view. Disappointed we could not use the indoor pool & jacuzzi but understood the staff shortage. Front desk rep was awesome!
