Stay was great, but there was construction on the house next door so saws and power tools started up at 7;30 am. Not fun. Also, two of our vehicles got nails in tires.

This property is just as advertised online. Large and comfortable and homey. Beautiful ocean view. Be aware that because the house is on multiple levels, there is a lot of noise in the bedrooms from others walking above you in their own bedrooms. The location makes it super accessible to the ocean, but know that it is definitely next to the Red Bar in a crowded area in the evenings. Lots of partying going on around. Golf cart was a nice addition. We never used the bikes so can't speak to those. The mattresses could definitely use updating as they are softer than expected, but the linens were nice. The pool table was a main reason we chose this particular property. Sadly, the cues are all broken and several of the pockets had holes in them. So that was a bummer. And they didn't provide any beach towels, so we had to purchase (and ultimately left at the property). All in all, this is a nice property in a great area.

This was by far the best Vrbo experience any of us have ever had. The home was spotless, comfortable, had extra amenities and was the perfect location. We received immediate responses anytime we had questions. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc for our use. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Gorgeous views and beautiful home. I can’t think of anything that would make it better!

We found the view and location to be amazing. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful and breathtaking! There were a few issues that should be addressed. The kitchen was lacking a few needed utensils...garlic press and lemon squeezer to name a few. We purchased additional coffee cups to add to the ones in the cupboard, as we were a party of twelve and needed a few more. The 2nd floor AC seemed to not cool as it should, and the slip covers on the living area couches are ready for a good seasonal wash. Other than the above mentioned, the overall experience was exceptional! The manager was quick to respond and bent over backwards to be helpful with our Check-in.

The house was really pretty, and in a great location. The elevator was not working, which is one of the main reasons for renting the house and it was a MAJOR inconvenience. That is a lot of staiir climbing with luggage, groceries and older parents with health problems! Also, if you plan on cooking, be very patient with the oven, it doesn’t heat well and takes forever to cook anything. Overall, the house was nice, the beach was beautiful, and we had a great family vacation!

The house is amazing and we love Grayton Beach!

We loved the property! Great access to the beach and surrounding towns. We could stay in the laid back atmosphere of Grayton Beach or take a short bike ride to Watercolor or Seaside and enjoy the action!

A big factor in renting this property was the availability of a golf cart. This is especially true with the distance to the beach and the traffic in the area. We arrived to find the golf cart was inoperable. I called the number for the property manager and while she was sympathetic, she basically said since it was on a Friday afternoon there was no one available to repair it. Also, two of the bath rooms had no towels whatsoever. Once reported the towels were brought over in a relatively short period of time. Another annoying oversight was the fact several of the remote controls had no batteries. Two of the TVs were completely unplugged and their components disconnected. While a minor problem, it all added up to be quite annoying. The property is becoming worn, and need some updating. The master bed definitely needs a new mattress. Overall the property was spacious and in a great location. However for the rates charged there were too many overlook details

Location on the beach was fabulous - you will love morning coffee and evening cocktails from the balconies. Kim is easy to work with and very responsive to questions. At booking I was worried about noise from Redbar and the busy street near but we didn't hear a thing. Being close to Redbar, shopping, and other restuarants was fabulous. The heated pool and deck area was super nice during our chilly spring stay. One thing to note - if your teens are using the bikes take the time to teach them how to LOCK them up properly. My daughter must not have pushed the lock in all the way or turned the number dial because we had one stolen from seaside square with the lock on it - You will be charged $600+ to replace it!!! While it was probably a kid taking a joy ride - It was an expensive lesson learned for us as we never found it- totally our fault nothing to do with home or management. It was very nice to have the bikes and golf cart available and ready upon arrival- just don't let your guard down people steal in beautiful laid back beach towns too!! Overall we loved our stay in this fabulous home and would go back - Grayton Beach will be added to my favorites list!

I believe the property just changed ownership and it could use some TLC for the price. Couches upstairs were white and covered in stains. The kitchen pans and silverware were all dirty and needed to be scrubbed prior to use. There were also lights burned out and a number of roaches throughout the house. Overall, our family still had a great time because of the beach location and proximity to Red Bar but the lack of investment in furniture and cleanliness was disappointing given the price. The property management is very responsive.

The white couches were so stained, I put sheets over them just so we felt sanitary while sitting. Many things in the kitchen were dirty. Crust on at least 10 pieces of silverware. Hunks of broccoli left in the colander. (The entire kitchen needs a serious restock). Oh, and there’s a nest of squawking birds living in the range hood. Electrical plugs that didn’t work in the 3rd floor bath, the scary exposed electric box in the laundry room, mold in the 4th floor master. I could go on and on. I’m not the type to leave a bad review, but for almost 10k...things should be clean, if nothing else. The house has wonderful potential, but until it’s updated...I would not advise staying here.
