My family was here for a family reunion. The condo was perfect with updated TVs and streaming options. Loved the view the most! We would definitely come back to this condo next time.

Nice condo, and has great amenities. The bedroom next to the living room king bed is soft which was okay but it has a sunken area that was not very comfortable. The sliding back door and back window in the bedroom have air leaks. We only noticed this because it was really windy on two of the days we were there. The curtain on the sliding door was moving from air coming in around it along with the noise.

Everything about this property was perfect from the view out the back door to the comfort of the beds. My family and i had a outstanding stay. We plan on visiting again.

The property was the most well stocked place we've ever stayed. Our teenagers loved the movie and game selection! There was a small problem caused by the extreme cold, but someone came to fix it immediately. They were so friendly and efficient. We loved our stay!

Very nice view of the lake, a lot of steps to the 4th floor. The furniture, and beds were uncomfortable and really need attention. The price is right, and the free activity was great. We had a great Thanksgiving there, and would stay again but on a lower level, since I suffer from asthma. Overall, a fun stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything we needed and such a great view of Table Rock lake, enjoyed every morning sipping a cup and taking in the view.

Place was beautiful could’ve slept more people. Gorgeous view, close to Branson and great eating places all around including College of the Ozarks Keeter center. Only confusion was directions in Google map that sent us around and around had to backtrack. Glad we started during daylight. Once we found it no future problems

Great location right on the water. Property was exactly how it was described. Clean, neat, nicely decorated. We only stayed one night but would definitely come back for longer!

Condo was clean and had plenty of space for our party of 6. It had a great view of the lake and is close to the new amphitheater which was why we were in the area.

Good location just needed better bath towels and ironing board.

We enjoyed our long weekend at your condo. The condo was clean and nicely equipped kitchen. View of lake was beautiful and an easy walk down to the shoreline to fish or swim.

We enjoyed our stay and drinking our coffee on the deck in the morning looking at the lake. Our older teens were a little too big for the twin beds and moved out to the pull out sofa the next night, glad that was an option and bedding available.

The managers of this property do a very good job providing all that you will need, from plenty of paper towels/toilet paper to kitchen items and extra blankets - the works. It is quiet and comfortable and the view of the lake can't be beat. In the mornings it is incredibly peaceful as the water is calm and in the afternoon, it sounds like the ocean as the passing boats make waves on the short. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I had about the property is that they would benefit from a pest control service. We killed several bugs each day - everything from spiders and crawling bugs to flying insects. I did ask them to come out and take care of a large wasp nest on the deck and they were quick to respond and get it addressed, which was appreciated. The other challenge that came up is that in the middle of our stay, the neighborhood started using a gate that requires a code. I reached out to the manager and they provided the code but the line is always very long to get through that gate since no one knows what they are doing yet. If there was a way for the manager to provide a key card that would allow you to use the "fast lane", that would be ideal.

This condo was a great location and a great property. Everything was within a 30min drive. Condo was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. I'd book this location again without thinking twice! Only thing to note, this is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator so you will be carrying everything up 3 flights of stairs. Not bad but good to know if you or someone in your group is unable to do the stairs.

Getting to the property and learning that I have to do a list of chores before checkout took a lot of enjoyment out of my stay. I'm fine with optional things like cleaning the grill, but washing your towels and taking the garbage to the curb? You're selling a relaxing vacation at the lake, I would think of the experience and the last contact people will have with your property, which for me was dealing with garbage.

Great stay. Bummer about the washing machine going out. I had an unplanned trip to the laundry mat for a few hours one morning of our trip.

The condo was in a good location and had a balcony on the lake side. The inside was very nice. I realized that we had not received the code to get in within an hour of arrival time. My text was returned within the hour and was told the app needed to be downloaded. I had done this already but it could not find my reservation. The only other issue was in regards to the extra chores that needed to be performed before we left. I went back and looked at the listing and did not see any notes. The towels had to be washed and in the dryer; the dishwasher started; and the trash taken to the dumpster or an extra fee would be charged for each item. There is already a line item for a cleaning fee. There should be fine print explaining what all would be required. Thus is the first VRBO that we have stayed in that required the extra chores. Otherwise, the condo itself was spacious and clean.
