We loved staying at your property. The location was fabulous, the unit was very well stocked and the signage around the unit helped locate items (very helpful). The TV in the MB could be a little easier to operate and upgraded to HD. Fatastic unit, I'm glad we stayed there. The wine was a very nice touch. Thank you.

Very welcoming hosts. Unbeatable location - a short walk on the river trail to the gondola and Oak St. lift and straight up Pine street to the main drag. We would definitely stay here again.

Very neat and tidy. Perfect downtown location an easy walk to the Gondola. Very spacious, the living room was perfect for our Christmas celebration.

We have stayed at the Riverside quite a few times, and this particular unit (02) we really enjoyed!!! We are planning on coming back to Telluride next summer, and we definitely book this place again! Thanks for making another trip to Telluride a wonderful experience!!! 😊😊

Convenient location to everything; simple but adequate rental for our family of 4

The location was perfect. We were able to ski down the path to the lifts and take the path through the woods to get back to the condo. Walk to restaurants in minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Really great place! It was soooo nice to stay in a condo that was ready for a family of 4 for a week. We often vrbo for ski trips as it’s nice to have a kitchen, washer, dryer and multiple bathrooms. Unfortunately many of the other places are stocked with decades old pots/pans and don’t prepare with salt/pepper or even toilet paper- not the case here though as everything was there and ready. The closest lift is an easy 5 minutes. The steam shower was a pleasant surprise after a hard and cold day on the slopes.
The biggest downside here were the neighbors above. At least 3 adults and 5 screaming and running kids. They started their day with laundry at 6am and had ski boots on and walking around their condo by 7:30… you hear everything that they are doing.
I still give the condo 5 stars though because it was great. Parking for our 1 vehicle was easy and just steps to the unit.

Spring Break ski trio with family 2022
This location is perfect. You can walk out the condo and ski the small trail right behind the condo to the Telluride gondola or the Oak Street lift. Conveniently close to walk to all shopping and eating in town. Great chill space in living room and space to move around. We loved it.
