We loved staying here! The house was beautifully updated and perfect for two couples + our babies. We enjoyed the outside area, it had nice landscaping and a gorgeous pool with surrounding area. It was a few blocks to beach but we just did a sunset walk. Might be a lot to do with all the beach gear if you were planning a full beach day. The master room was also really nice, comfy bed and great shower! Highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting the Jax Beach area.

Every detail describing this property is accurate. It is immaculate, well furnished, great amenities and walkable to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard, patio and pool are wonderful. Truly one of the best rentals we've stayed in in Jax Beach. Would definitely book again. Thank you to the owner and management company!

Nice place clean I would do it again

The location and house were perfect for our trip. Close to the beach and restaurants. We loved the outdoor space!

We had a great time getting our family togther, it’s not a big house but it’s well equipped and the pool is awesome. Beach is close by.

Enjoyed every bit of this property

Our stay was amazing! The property itself was just as pictured. Very clean and up to date. It’s a cozy setting, so if you like an enormous amount of space this isn’t for you. For us, it was perfect! We utilized the pool/patio area the most! It is absolutely amazing. The ONLY hiccup we experienced during our stay was at 8:45pm when one of the neighbors yelled over the fence for us to quiet down (she said if she could hear us over the dishwasher, we were too loud) or they’d call Jax police. We were playing cards and had a moment of excitement but we heeded the warning and did our best to show respect to the neighbors. Quiet time starts at 10pm per the city ordinance and house rules. We aren’t a “party” family…we had our grandchildren with us. All in all, we had a great first experience and would definitely recommend this property to other families looking to enjoy the Florida sun. If you plan on partying, I’d say keep looking for a more appropriate property.

We completely enjoyed our stay. We had 3 generations & everyone was happy. Comfortable beds & nicely renovated bath/kitchen. The pool was perfect and we weren't too far from the beach. And our dog loved the fenced in yard. The kitchen had everything we needed (new pans/pots, great dishware options, decent knives, mixing bowls, 2 coffee pots, toaster, blender) only 2 things I would bring next time - if you like HUGE salads, you will want to pick up a larger bowl. I also recommend the owner get a couple of serving spoons.

Very clean and updated home, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The communication from the management company was really great. Just wish we could have had a couple of more days as Mother Nature didn’t cooperate for 2 of the days during our stay.

Great time! We walked to the beach daily, always grabbing a snow cone on the the way back. Afternoons were spent in the heated pool. Great layout, everything we needed, awesome pool. Wonderful relaxing vacation in the sun!

The home was recently remodeled and the owner did an excellent job. Everything was clean and modern. The home is very spacious. The backyard pool area is beautifully landscaped and was so relaxing and enjoyable that we spent a lot of time just hanging out there. Heated pool was heaven.....a little slice of paradise. Beach is a 5 min walk. Definitely five stars.

In town for work clean and well taken care of

Good setup with 4 bedrooms, the pool and the beach. Mgmt company was very responsive when we needed something. Only thing to be aware of if you are staying more than a few days is that there are no dressers in any rooms, so either pack light or be comfortable living out of a bag.
