My friends and I came to Anchorage to celebrate my birthday in the beautiful Alaskan outdoors! The check-in process was not set up when we arrived even an hour and a half hour(5:30pm) the checkin time(4pm). The property manager had to come upstairs to let us in. When inside we realized the “2 full beds” in bedroom 5 were not both truly bed size. One folded out into a full bed, but had a broken strap so you had to force it into position, while the other folded out easily it was only the size of a small child’s bed. We were told to add a bench to the fold out to make it a full bed, and we were told “if we were brave” we could sleep in the swinging bed in the sunroom. We then had multiple troubles with the electric lock on the front door including in the middle of the night coming home from that days adventure. I had no luck reaching the host after calling many times, and finally had to resort to knocking on the downstairs neighbors(property manager) door. After about 15 minutes in 6° weather we were let in remotely and the property manager came and changed the batteries. The host compared this to having to go the lobby of a hotel to get another room key….Even with new batteries, in the morning we were still unable to lock the door from the outside using the electric lock. The stay was fine, but not as expected.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a great time! This was a Christmas present to our family to stay here and go downhill skiing. We had a blast, played games, used the hot tub, and watched movies. It was perfect for our family!

This property is AMAZING!!! We stayed here for the Christmas weekend with our family. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and saw a beautifully decorated tree and stockings on the wall. The Moose Pad is clean, decorated with cute moose/bear items, has spacious bed rooms, comfortable beds, and LOTS of towels for the bathrooms and hot tub. The jetted tubs in each bathroom is a nice plus as well. The kitchen is AMAZING with lots of extras left by previous guests as well as PLENTY of Keurig pods and other essential items left by the owner to make our stay comfortable. The dining room table is very large which was perfect not only for our family to eat, but was also enough room for puzzles and games at the other end. The deck outside has strings of lights that are festive at night as you sit in the hot tub surrounded by a forest of trees covered in snow. It feels like a magical wonderland! Tony and John, the owner and maintenance man, were very communicative and helpful with any issue that arose, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this vrbo!!!!

Beautiful place, so well equipped. The hot tube was delightful and rooms were just what we needed. Kitchen had so many supplies. Host was very easy to communicate with.

This place was truly impressive from the start. Very clean, perfect location, and the northern lights were spectacular from the deck!! This will be my first option in anchorage always!

The home was fantastic, very clean and communication with the host was fluid and easy. The home was fully stocked for all our needs. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would stay again if ever back in Anchorage.

The pictures and description in the ad were spot on. The house accommodated our family for the month of September. We had different family members come stay with us a week at a time. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were perfect sizes. The teenagers loved sleeping in the sun room. Excellent accommodations for the kitchen. Hot tub was perfect. The fire pit was also perfect. Well stocked bathrooms. John the caretaker was excellent to work with and very helpful in finding things to do in the area. Tony the owner was easy to get a hold of for any questions we might have had. He also rented us vehicles for the month and worked with us on check out date as far as letting us use one of the vehicles. We were on the edge of Anchorage and even saw the northern lights from the deck one morning.The property is in a great locations for access to amenities. We would highly recommend to anyone to rent this property.

Home has 3 bedroom (1K, 2Q), 4th room with Futon. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably, 8 with small futon. More people youll be in common areas. Kitchen was very well stocked, nice living space, beautiful upper deck and cover front porch. Easy parking, quiet street, wild birds heard every morning and night.

Owners thought of everything! There were many amenities around the home, lots of towels, sheets, and toiletries. We loved the comfy beds and the hot tub! The home was spacious for our group of 10. We would definitely stay there again!

This property had just what we needed as a family. Plenty of space and beds. The master bathroom’s tub and shower is great! We had a small hiccup with the hot tub but was able to quickly and easily troubleshoot the problem with the owner to get it fixed. Definitely would stay here again

Great property, easy to get to and in. Very clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need. Besides normal kitchen ware, had spices, condiments, foil paper, zip loc bags, etc. we normally do a lot of cooking so that was great. The deck and hot tub were wonderful!

This place looks nice in the pictures but in person it’s wayyy better! It was wonderful! Me and my boyfriend as well as my 3 other friends stayed here and it was so much fun! The hot tub was so great and that kitchen! Oh my gosh! It’s a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a beautiful and relaxing stay! This place gets you an amazing taste of Alaskan beauty!
