Very clean and comfy. Beautiful views and convenient location for shopping and restaurants.

We loved our stay, the condo was just as pictured. Super clean when we arrived. Had a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher cleaning pods. The beds were very comfortable. The view was so beautiful. Only things that would benefit from improvement- lighting, a/c control. The bed rooms and living area are quite dark and have no overhead lights and no ceiling fans. Also the a/c appears to be remotely controlled, and we were unable to adjust it. It was either too cold or too hot- especially when we were trying to sleep. The fan from a previous renter helped us tremendously. We did have trouble with our door code, but the owners responded so quickly and fixed it. This was a 5+ star stay, we would definitely stay here again, especially due to the view and how clean this condo was. Thank you for letting us rent your condo!

This rental was just what we needed for our group of 4. We were comfortable and the location was wonderful. The property manager was very responsive and took care of things in a timely manner. We quickly realized upon our arrival there was only one washcloth provided in the condo, but a quick text to the manager and they had someone drop some off for us. We enjoyed our time and would rent here again.

Overall the stay was great. This was our 3rd trip to PBC in as many years and the 3rd different property (The Summit and Grand Panama) we have stayed at and our favorite so far. The condo was as advertised. The elevators in Tower 1 were great….I know that doesn’t sound like a big deal but it is. The only thing the condo was lacking for us were ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The Nest thermostat was fixed at 73 degrees. Not sure if we could have asked to have it lowered but that would have been nice at night. I did buy a fan at Walmart that we left behind for future guests. Would definitely stay on property again.

My friends & I have planned our annual beach trip at Edgewater for decades. We love not having to leave after our shopping day is done - great condos, great restaurant, great drinks, great beach, great pools. But new management group has added "additional fees" to EVERYTHING. Beach chairs are double the cost of last year - $40+/day. We had to pay $50.00 (that we were not told about when we booked) to get a parking permit for one car. And, all drinks had a "flavor fill" fee added. Not happy with the "unbudgeted" costs. May consider elsewhere next year.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool was perfect. Right on the beach Will be coming back

From the beginning, this listing exceeded all expectations. Consistent communication with listing agent, ease of completing reservation and parking and check in, the unit was clean and nice and well stocked. Stunning view, we didn’t even need to leave our bed to enjoy a beautiful view of the sand and surf. The pool area was beautiful, clean, and fun! Excited to stay here again in the future!

Nothin too much to add here, everything was as advertised, and such a nice place.

The Condo, and view were beautiful, we enjoyed our stay. We didn’t realize that things close down in that area once the tourists season ends. To prepare for our trip, we watched a video about the property dated October 2022. The video highlighted the activities offered nightly at the resort. Unfortunately those activities were not offered during our stay in November.

It was truly a great weekend

This condo was the perfect view of the ocean and pool area. It was clean and stocked with most everything needed. With a young child, it was nice that the curtains blocked out most of the light in the bedrooms.

We very much enjoyed our family vacation. The condo was comfortable and clean. The pool area was very well taken care of and spacious with easy access to the beach. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff as we didn’t have to because everything was already taken care of; however, any staff that we spoke to was friendly and polite. Definitely recommend this condo!

The condo is spacious. View from balcony is lovely. The beds are very comfortable and the Kitchen is well stocked. Short drive to restaurants and shopping is within walking distance.

Condo was clean, had ample space for a family of 4 and the access to the pool and the beach was easy and convenient. Docked two stars for a couple of things that werent major but we thought was petty. We rent a lot in destin and PCB and youre usually responsible for the toiletries but theres always at least one roll per bathroom upon arrival to get you thru till you can hit the store. We arrived to empty rolls in both bathrooms after a long drive and a late arrival which was very inconvenient. The provided cooking/eating utensils were adequate but if you like to cook like we do you will be disappointed in the selection (also no grill onsite which was my bad as i googled it and another edgewater had one so I thought they did, no grilling options at this one). Also garbage disposal wouldnt work and it took till monday to get someone out, reported late Friday so by Sunday the sink was backing up (turns out previous renters left change in disposal locking it up). They have a dj most days at the pool and its a lively environment but quiets down after 10PM. Overall we enjoyed the stay but with a few tweaks this could be a 5 star condo rental. PS - absolutely no smoking/vaping even on patio. Wasn't a problem for us and honestly I wish all condos enforced this as we don't like the smell of it either but it might be for some.

This property was perfect for our family. The host was very nice and responsive prior to our trip and throughout our stay. The condo was very comfortable and clean and the kitchen was nicely stocked had almost everything we needed to cook meals. More importantly, the views from the condo were incredible and it was an added bonus that the deck furniture was very comfortable. The pools on site were really wonderful and the beach was easily accessible. It was an added bonus to have a splash pad for our little one and he loved it! Other conveniences included a restaurant on site, bars, as well as a coffee and ice cream shop. It was a wonderful trip and we were grateful to stay there. We highly recommend this location and property.

Only thing we noticed is that some of the pool security and people working in the restaurant needs to work on people skills. Some were very rude when asking questions

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was spacious and we had plenty of room. Great view of the main pool area and beach/ocean! Was very clean upon arrival and had all we needed. They made the check in process super easy and the property manager was always just a quick text away. The resort was great. Always has something going on for entertainment. Easy beach access and resort maintenance had everything clean at all times.

Cort and Chase are fantastic to deal with. Cort met us upon arrival and provided us with so much wonderful information about the area and provided am amazing list of top recommended places to eat. We did have a few questions about things in the condo and once messaging Chase he responded immediately and was very helpful. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience.

The beds were comfortable which is important to me and there were extra items that aren’t always thought of but come in handy for guests like beach chairs and bandaids. Thanks again. Will return!

4 girls, 55+. Property was just as pictured, comfortable and pretty. The property manager kept us well informed, and was so nice to reset the Wi Fi. The location was perfect, close to grocery store and restaurants. We really enjoyed the view, and having Oceans Restaurant on the property was so convenient. Everything we got there was delicious. We would definitely go back here.
