We had an amazing time in this fantastic VRBO rental.

The main house is lovely - comfy beds, fun theater/game room, gourmet kitchen, great living room, short walk to beach. However, the ADU has a very moldy smell and one of the beds had sugar ants and small spiders in it. I reported this issue to the property manager and owner but received little more than 'sorry, we will look into it'. I highly recommend the main house but the ADU certainly did not live up to the online description. It is priced to sleep 12, but it really only sleeps 8 because of the ADU issues.

This house is in a great spot in Rockaway. Walkable to the beach, and with lots of space for multiple families. The main house with the three bedrooms is awesome- great spaces for groups, well-equipped kitchen, fun ping pong table and shuffle board. The bonus house with the extra two bedrooms was not as great. The beds were uncomfortable and there was definitely a mold issue that was not new (I counted 6 air fresheners in the small space). I would give the main house 10 stars, and my family loved it, unfortunately as the reviewer, I stayed in the bonus house and definitely had a different experience.

What an incredible house. We have been staying in Rockaway for over 40 years and renting houses out each year. This by far has been our favorite. We could not have asked for a better place. the parking was great. The cleanliness of the house was outstanding Everything we needed was available to us. The beach was a short walk also into town. We loved our stay here! Great main house with huge kitchen and lounging area. We enjoyed meals on the deck and the open living room/kitchen was a great place for the 11 of us to hang out. There are only three bedrooms in the main house, and two rooms (minus a door) plus a pull-out in the 'annex'. The annex felt a lot like summer camp with limited privacy so heads up if you're traveling in a group utilizing all of the beds. The beach is a short walk and we appreciated all of the towels provided. The company was quick to respond via text with any of our questions. Would recommend!

This home was large enough to comfortably accommodate my group of 12 adults and was well-stocked with anything we might need for our stay. No complaints, the stay was perfect!

We loved staying at this house! It was perfect for our family of 5 adults and their friends. The shuffleboard, ping pong and poker table were a great hit. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed making a good many of our meals throughout our stay. Beaches are within easy walking distance. Would recommend this house for family gatherings. Plenty of choices of fun activities at the house and in the area.

We enjoyed our stay, in the game room aka shuffleboard where we spent most of our time as it was raining. The outside light was tricky on the stairs but we managed. The bed we're great. The outside apartment had a bad smell all I did before my friends showed was add some plug-ins and closed the laundry room door. All in all, it was a good stay.

My favorite things about this property were the comfortable beds, large and comfortable living/family room, spacious kitchen, and large dining room table. We love to cook and enjoyed the kitchen which is well stocked, but the gas burners are inadequate. The location is convenient for a walk to the beach and the surroundings are pretty and very peaceful. I must have missed the part in the description about not being able to access the game room from inside the house. Not a huge issue, but since it was raining, we did not feel like going out and around very many times.

Stove cooktop doesn’t get hot enough. Takes forever to cook on. Plumbing problems. Wonderful home but not worth the money for the problems.

The house was very clean and well positioned in Rockaway, away from the sounds of town, but close enough to walk to the beach. We really enjoyed listening to the waves and the buoy sounds from the jetty while having our morning coffee on the large deck. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. The house is bright with tons of windows overlooking large trees and a pond. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the entire house is beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked, and the family really enjoyed the ping pong table! We will absolutely come back!

Myself and five others stayed at the " Tranquil by the pond" so we could be close to the Garibaldi Marina. The residence was only 10 minutes away. It was a wonderful place. The game room was awesome.

I liked that this property was far enough from all the tourists but close enough to everything. kids loved that this property had probably an acre or two to run around. The movie theater was a plus. Overal we liked the property and the amenities it was offering. the only con thing i can think about is the main kitchen had propane as a cooking source. so it took a while to heat up the soup for our group.

We loved this property due to it being bright, clean and spacious. It accommodated our larger family gathering super well and the very short drive to the beach was nice. The house was well supplied in the kitchen and with entertainment options as well.

Plenty of room for our family reunion. House had everything we needed. Theater room and games a bonus. Very peaceful and walking distance to main street and beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The main house was very nice, however had we known the smell/state of the guest house we would have found a different place to stay. They list the home as being able to sleep 12 but the mildew like smell in the guest house portion made the property a 6 guest sleeping situation. So my group had to find other unique sleeping arrangements to avoid the bad smell that was pretty awful in the guest house. The property management was nice enough seeming , they sent someone out promptly to assess the smell, they agreed it didn't smell good and apologized but didn't do anything for us to compensate for the lack of beds or misrepresented listing size of the home. They said they would get back to me after my stay but have since been silent. So I have to leave a low star review, I would not stay here again for the price. If they charged for a 6 guest arrangement and we had a smaller group I'd consider staying in the main house again in the future. But be leary of the guest house.

We had the best time at this house in Rockaway Beach. The town wasn’t as crowded as some other ocean cities which was nice! The house was extremely well-appointed and the kitchen was lovely. The beds were comfortable and we loved having a crib ready for our baby. The kids loved the game room and the whole family had a blast playing ping pong. It was a joy!

This property was great & met our needs. 9 adults & 2 16 year old girls. We had plenty of room. The gaming areas & sauna were fantastic. We highly recommend this property.

Private deck and backyard area. Nice indoor living and recreation areas.

We couldn't have been more pleased with this property. The house + ADU was spacious enough for our large family. The kids had so much to do - they loved hanging out in the theater/game room or playing ping pong in the garage. When they weren't there, they were playing outside in the very large lawn, where we saw deer and fawns grazing each evening. The adults in our party were able to relax in the main area of the house and enjoyed eating outside on the deck and playing games in the dining room. The location was a short walk from the beach and main strip of Rockaway, but was far enough away to feel very private. This property had it all and we will definitely consider coming back if we ever visit Rockaway Beach again.

House was lovely- clean, spacious and very comfortable. The movie and game room was awesome, and the ping pong table gave us something to do when it was too late to be outside. The only thing that I would mention is that the fireplace in the living room is a see through fireplace into the master bedroom. We found out the hard way that you can see into the bedroom and ended up using the arm chair to block the view. Overall, the house was perfect and we would definitely stay again.

Kitchen had everything you need and sauna really relaxing!!

This home was a great fit for our extended family of 11! It was nice to have the area in the Annex for a little space between the families! The house is very well appointed. The kitchen is so well equiped, it had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner! The beds are super comfortable. There was enough seating for our whole group. I hate staying at houses that barely have enough dishes for the number of guests, this house had almost double what we needed!! The game room was so much fun! We had a shuffle board tournament that the whole family participated in! It was an eash walk to 101 for some local food and shopping in this super quaint little beach town. Loved everything about this home and we can't wait to go back!

This home is amazing. Is to open and the windows in the main living area were so pretty. There were 8 of us and the property fit us great with room to spare. The game room was so cool but with the entrance being outside with the wind and weather we didn’t spend much time down there. The ping pong table and sauna however in the garage got tons of use and was a great touch. While we were there there was a wind storm and the outside furniture was literally flying across the deck, I text the PM and within an hour they had someone at the house tying everything down. Anytime I needed something they were very quick to respond. The oven does need some attention as the door doesn’t shut all the way unless you stand there and hold it shut for around 10 seconds and even then sometimes it took a few extra hard pushes to get it to stay closed but it still worked. And we couldn’t figure out the sound bar or cable but they still had Netflix and Hulu for when we wanted to watch movies. Overall we loved everything about the house and would definitely stay there again.

We had an absolutely great stay at this place. It was extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked with quality pots, pans and utensils, linen was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect. There is a great bakery 2 mins away and really good restaurants within 10 to 15 mins drive. The beach and the twin rocks were only 5 mins away. Checkout instructions were very simple and we had a really nice stay. The main house have three bedrooms with king beds. The game room was also perfect for kids and adults alike. Highly recommended!

Very enjoyable, clean, well layed out home for our family get-together. We all enjoyed the location, close to the beach, Nehalem River, and Tillamook Bay. There was plenty of parking for 2 boats and 2 additional automobiles. The home has quality bedding and towels, fully furnished kitchen with an abundance of dishes and cooking vessels. The theater room was a hit for our entertainment including poker games, movies, and shuffle board. There are more plusses than I can list here. Kudos to the owners as this was our best vacation home ever!
